I explained I've been a customer for many years and I live in Bellport which is not far. The girl on the phone came back at me stating I am 20 minutes away and could call back during the week to discuss it with 'Jim.' Why in the world would a business talk to a long term customer this way?! Was I supposed to call back and beg 'Jim' to let me buy wine from him. I guess they don't need customers.
