Olivia did my baby lights and color and I can't say enough good things about this Tasmanian. She is top rate and takes her time. The color is seamless. Did the haircut A line bob with some very difficult straight hair. She dried it and cut it dry to make sure that it did not show the cut marks. I am so very pleased with both the color and the haircut. The onsen wasn't anything special, except that I live in the city without a bath, but I probably could've paid the same amount for a cheap hotel and had 20 hours in it. It was rather large, but tiled just like a spa at any basic hotels pool, was warm, but stunk like sweat so much I considered walking out early. Fun Fact - if you have a bath as well, they'll give you clothes to put on for your massage. Otherwise wear comfy clothes - shiatsu you keep them all on!
