Always done in an hour to an hour and a half!! Today, I let them make an appointment to get new tires put on, after EVERYONE ( even people that arrived after me) were gone I started pacing! FINALLY, (after 2hours and 20mins) when Mr Dunn came in from socializing in the parking lot, he went and found out where my car was! I never received an explanation, he just came and took me to the cashier (of course they don't forget to take your money) I paid and left! Time to trade in the Cadillac for a car from Tuscaloosa Chevrolet! And also I requested EXACTLY what was on my car (2015 SRX) and they are ever so,slightly different but different than what I wanted none the less! Had I been told, I would be OK, but not being told is just another reason I am dissatisfied!

I'm not a big reviewer, but in this case I can't pass on sharing my experience with others. I…read morerecently had the fuel pump go out on my GMC. Due to my circumstances it was somewhat of a crisis for me. I had my vehicle towed to JR's shop. Simply put, it was the best decision I could have made. JR was quick, but thorough in his diagnosis of my problem, very understanding of my situation as well. When he received the parts we ordered for replacement, he was very honest and up front about how the quality of the replacement parts did not meet his standard, and he was not ok with putting them in my vehicle. JR explained a couple of alternatives for me, and helped me find a solution. If you're looking for someone with the highest professional skill with excellent character and integrity to take care of your vehicle, look no further than JR. I know I won't. Can't thank you enough, man. -Josh H.
