Recently they only allow women to the upstairs wellness, men are banished to basement haman, where there is no clear split between the textile and non textile areas. time is over to together with your girlfriends after sport to the sauna. I am currently residing in the Kelley Hotel, so I am stuck using this as my nearest gym. 3. It's a military gym, so I'm not expecting the Ritz here. But this gym is terrible in A LOT OF WAYS. Few things to point out: 1. This gym needs a major make-over. It looks like a building built in the WW2 era. 2. The shower's water is ALWAYS COLD. Let it run for about 3 minutes to have a LITTLE BIT of hot water. 3. There is no towel service. So bring your own towel. 4. Outside shoes cannot be worn as your gym shoes. 5. NO WIFI. 6. Cardio rooms have 3 TVs. Youre stuck with watching 2 AFN channels, and 1 snowy channel. ENJOY! 7. Like so many buildings in Germany, this place does NOT have AC. Only radiator heaters. Lucky for me it is winter right now, but I feel sorry for anyone who tries to workout during the summer months. 8. Terrible ventilation. On peak hours, the men's locker room, weight room, and hallway to the cardio rooms smells like sweat and body odour.

It is very clean with excellent ambience. Here you work out in luxury. Why only 4 starts? The weekend and holiday hours are horrible. This is when people have the most time to work out but the hours are very restricted. 13 to 19 in Saturdays and 10 to 16 on Parking should be included in the price of membership. If you work out 4 or 5 times a week it can get costly. Disputed the negatives, I would personally adjust at my schedule to go to the gym when possible. It is one of my favorite gyms.
