They delayed one of my job sites for days, and then had the audacity to show up late on a Saturday afternoon with zero intention of actually doing the work. A kid named Andy, who introduced himself as "THE OWNER," walked in with a terrible attitude, disrespecting everyone on-site and throwing out every excuse imaginable for why he couldn't handle a JOB THAT WAS 100% READY FOR HIM! It was clear this kid had better things to do on a Saturday night than his actual job. We even offered manpower, right there and ready to assist, but he couldn't leave fast enough. Instead, he wasted our time giving life lessons to experienced professionals twice his age, rambling about him and his buddies like anyone cared. I've been in this industry longer than this kid's been alive, yet he has the nerve to claim his time is worth $600/hr. Meanwhile, I've got far more skilled and educated workers making $20/hr, getting the job done without the drama. The next business day, a real contractor came in, took care of everything with zero issues or nonsense--proving just how unprofessional these guys are. And the cherry on top? They sent us an INVOICE FOR $750, followed by relentless calls from a COLLECTION AGENCY. Turns out, they sneakily slip in an online form that they call a "contract" when you click it to book an appointment. People like this are a disgrace to the industry and won't last long. Save yourself the trouble and find a real professional. EVERYONE BEWARE!

When I tried to get them to fix it they offered either a partial repair leaving a mess behind for me to clean up, or, less than half refund. They do seem capable of doing good work but it didn't work out that way for me.

I presented the quotes to the church committee, Mr. Fencee was the highest by far, but we decided to go with them as the material used promised to be maintenance free. A year after installation the posts used cracked and the panels slid down at an angle. when I called the company they sent the installers told me that it shouldn't have been installed this way and 8 foot fence panel sitting on told him that the expert and they're the ones who should know where the panels should be placed. It's ridiculous that we would pay 18,000 for one side of the fence and get this kind of service. More annoying is that they would not take responsibility for their mistake. Their installer told us that it requires a full reconstruction to replace the panels at floor level. He told us as Goodwill gesture they will charge us $600 for labour although this was their fault. Thank you very much appreciate it. Wendy came from the office to story change and the cost became $1200 claiming that they will share half of it and we will pay 600 which was not the initial quote that we got it was 600 the initial and they were going to pay half of it because this was not our fault. After several calls back-and-forth and a couple of rescheduling, they end up and hammering down on the panels damaging I stopped the operation as this was not the scope that we discussed. the fence has not been fixed. Please do your research and beware using this up. Customer service is next to zero. I am taking this up with the Better Business Bureau as well.
