Pastorale Antiques is housed in a large, stone warehouse building. They basically just sell furniture, particularly large items. They had a couple of wicker armchairs which were quite nice, they would look good in a large conservatory. At £200 each, they are more likely to be afforded by the sort of person that has a large conservatory, rather that someone like me who lives in a small one bed flat. There weren't any members of staff around when we wandered in, I suppose it would be difficult to make off with an antique bed head in your pocket. Armchairs aside, I didn't see any particularly stand out pieces. I'd say the best thing about Pastorale Antiques is the Buttercup café that is housed in its courtyard.
