The staff, to a person, is outstanding - office staff, nurses and technicians. They greet you every day with a smile on their face and a genuine feeling of being glad to see you. Over the weeks I sat in the waiting room with people who got to know each other and talked about their hobbies and families. We would laugh and tell jokes. I sometimes sat in wonder as I reminded myself we all had one thing in common - everyone there had cancer or was with someone who had cancer. The fact we were able to do this was due to the culture of the staff and the care they provided. If you become a patient you will quickly learn about "the bell." A simple ritual that we all celebrated on behalf of each other and ourselves when the time came to finish treatment. I know of no other place that is so patient focused that they have instituted such a ritual as part of their care. Simple but very meaningful. I trusted this group of people with an important part of my health care like I have trusted no other.

It was pretty visible when I wore a bikini. In addition, did NOT like my back since I was left with loose skin and rolls. It's when you wear jeans and a shirt, not even a spanx will help. Yeah-that! Dr. Brostrom redid it all for me. Within the first week after my surgery with Dr. Brostrom, my back was visibly flat, butt looked AMAZING and so did my stomach! Go see her, talk to her, she takes time with you and takes GREAT care of you! She made me feel as if she cared about me personally and you'll see what I mean when you decide to go on with your procedure. No regrets and it was all worth it. I went in for what I thought would be a straightforward chin implant surgery, but after three surgeries (the original procedure and two revisions), the results were still disastrous. I ended up paying upwards of $6,000 to have the implant removed at another clinic because I couldn't trust New Image any longer. While they offered to remove it for free after the second revision, I couldn't imagine being on their operating table for a fourth time--especially not with my current face staring back at me in the mirror every day. I want to be clear--I'm not writing this out of anger, but out of sadness and frustration. I trusted New Image to help me, and they fell short at every turn. The office and nursing staff were kind and attentive, but that doesn't change the fact that the surgeon dismissed my concerns - repeatedly - even when the issues were apparent from the very first surgery. I know the clinic will undoubtedly try to discredit my claims or mention I did not attend all of my follow-up appointments or that I'm misrepresenting things in some way (bc of course they will, this is their livelihood), but I want to clarify that this only happened after my concerns were repeatedly - repeatedly - ignored. By that point, I had completely lost faith in their ability to address my concerns. My complaints were repeatedly brushed off as unrealistic, even though they were offering to do revisions for free at the same time; it's hard to trust a provider who dismisses your concerns while simultaneously acknowledging the need for corrections. For anyone who might think this review is an exaggeration or misrepresentation, I want to be transparent. I have detailed documentation of my experience, including recordings with transcripts of follow-up appointments, a CT scan from 1 year after the second revision, and surgery notes from the surgeon I paid to remove it. If anyone is considering using this clinic and would like to see this documentation, I would be happy to share it privately. I simply want others to have all the facts before making such an important decision. I regret ever stepping through their doors, and I hope no one else has to go through what I've experienced. Please, if you're considering plastic surgery, do your research thoroughly and don't just trust the sales pitch. The consequences of choosing the wrong provider can be devastating.

This has negatively impacted my quality of life in a way I never anticipated. On top of that, the aesthetic result is extremely disappointing. My nose looks worse than it did before, which is unacceptable given the purpose of the procedure. What makes the situation even more frustrating is the complete lack of accountability. I've tried multiple times to address these issues, and his office still requires a consultation fee just to be seen--despite the fact that these problems are a direct result of his work. This has been an incredibly disappointing and frustrating experience from start to finish. I would strongly urge anyone considering him to look elsewhere.

After a really bad experience with that other clinic, I asked my family doctor to help me find someone that would actually care for their patients and that's when she referred me to Gastroenterology Clinic of San Antonio. After my first appointment with them, I could tell the staff cared about their patients and wanted to best for them (that's very hard to find nowadays). I knew my primary care would only try pain meds or physical therapy before referring me for surgery on the rotator cuff. I was referred by a coworker to ARP Wave. Their main line of communication is through online Klara messaging. I have not been able to call or speak to a person. My main focus of seeing this physician was to gain more information regarding HRT. I had a great initial visit with Dr. Cornforth- she spent time and was thorough...answered all my questions. After being cleared for HRT, I started my journey. Came across some obstacles and wasn't feeling well..I wanted to be seen for a visit, but again, all communication was through Klara, and she was not available for another 2-3 weeks! I had to wait and was uncomfortable with symptoms I had been having. Recently, I had an 11am appointment and made sure to arrive at least 20 minutes early, as they have a strict policy with any late cancellations or late arrivals. The waiting room was completely full when I arrived. Around 1130am, after waiting for half an hour, I went up to the front desk to inquire how much longer... "she said another 2 ahead of you." As time passed, slowly the waiting room was clearing out. But, not one person came out to notify me or anyone about the long wait. Another hour had passed, and I finally got called to the room. The MA quickly brushed off an apology, and I was livid after a 2 hour wait! Waited another 10 min for the doctor. I explained how frustrated and upset I was for the unexplained long wait, but didn't receive much feedback. I think if anyone had come out to apologize/provide explanation for the long wait, I would have been more understanding. Common courtesy. I do like the scheduler, (can't remember her name, starts with an S)- friendly and helpful. Not sure if I want to return to this office: - extra cost to receive above measures for care- for ex: access to coffee (woohoo) , appointments - all communication thru Klara - hard to schedule an appointment for any last minute issues - lack of courtesy to update patients for lateness -make sure you've got a list of things to discuss, the doctor has limited time, sometimes I felt like I was being rushed.

They constantly push you to purchase their…read moremembership even though your insurance already covers the cost--their only reason for this is to give you "advanced access" to certain services, which shouldn't be monetized. I visited for a routine office visit where Dr. Cornforth asked about my mammogram and told me to check with my GP and follow up with her. When I reached out to her office to provide the date of my last mammogram, they had no record of this conversation and told me I needed to schedule an additional appointment just to inform them of basic information. Most seriously, Dr. Cornforth misdiagnosed me with endometriosis. Another provider later confirmed I actually have adenomyosis--a completely different condition. This misdiagnosis is a major concern. After three visits at this location and a consistently poor experience, I decided to go elsewhere. Less than six months after leaving, I was locked out of my patient portal and told I have to pay them a fee to access my own medical history. This is absolutely ridiculous. It's very clear they only want to deal with wealthy patients. I'm not rich, but I'm also not poor--this kind of treatment is unacceptable. Avoid this office at all costs.
