The staff that were present on the day of our surgery was friendly. Wait times for a 1 hour procedure is 4+ hours. Plan for that.

I had a scheduled surgery here today 3/31/23. All went very well. From check in to the care of all staff! Kudos!

Terrible customer service from the top down. Billing practices are unheard of. Would stay away if I were you.

An ideal facility to have outpatient procedures done. Everyone is professional and takes excellent care of their patients.

Last week my grandson was rushed to University womens and childrens Hospital by ambulance. He…read morestopped breathing after choking on a grape. The doctors and nurses went above and beyond to try and save my grandson. He was moved to the 10th floor icu and they gave him the best care possible. They showed so much compassion and love not only for my grandson but for my daughter and son-in-law as well. Unfortunately my grandson didn't make it but it wasn't because of lack of effort on their part. I want to commend the doctors and nurses in the emergency room and especially the entire staff on the 10th floor. As grandparents we appreciate everything from the bottom of our hearts.

I was there since 8 o'clock in the afternoon and I didn't leave till about two. The reason I'm giving this one star is because I didn't feel like I was getting listened to yesterday. The doctors were very rude. I believe the Doctor Who checked me yesterday again was Miss Parker and she was very dismissive and I understand that y'all were shortstaffed, but at the end of the day I feel like it's the doctor's job to make the patient feel safe and secured and besides being dismissive, I don't know what this position is called, but the lady Evelyn, who was taking the patients to their rooms back-and-forth and giving discharge papers was extremely rude and I hope if I ever come back that I don't have to talk to her since the hospital was shortstaffed last night and I couldn't talk to Miss Parker again about more questions. I thought that I was comfortable talking to Miss Evelyn, but she kept repeating herself and getting louder, dismissing my questions as well and when giving me my discharge papers, she told me that y'all would never say no to a visit with me because I don't have insurance but to stop coming back to the hospital because the things that I'm trying to get looked at as far as my personal problems are not for the hospital ! And don't get me wrong. I was very patient the whole entire time very understanding that y'all were shortstaffed, but at the end of the day like I said, I don't understand why she was getting repeated on purpose, nodding her head and having very rude body language, I wish I got the students name who had asked me questions before anybody came in my room, but he had glasses and he was a student doctor. If I'm not mistaken, he was the only one who made me feel like I was being listened to yesterday as a patient. He actually answered more of my questions and the five minutes that he was in the room with us, me and my boyfriend. He was very understanding. He did super good and honestly asked the most questions that I've ever been asked, unfortunately I won't be coming back due to this situation but again I just felt like the whole situation wasn't called for. Who says don't come back when the only reason I came back was because the doctors who saw me in my room last time told me to come back if my symptoms came again?

He had visible stains on his clothes at nearly every visit I had with him. During a visit, he flew into a rage and went into an angry rant for over 20 minutes about me going to an imaging center for a test instead of using his office because I did not want an X-ray for an acute injury to my knee. I wanted an MRI because it would detail the extent of my injury and if his diagnosis was correct. Which I informed him about during my previous visit. He decided to schedule me for an X-ray anyway. He also questioned why I wanted to go to an imaging center instead of his office. He also became belligerent because I wanted to go to PT after I had an MRI done to make sure that I was receiving the correct treatment. When I told him that there was more availability at the imaging center, he disregarded it and continued with his rant. He misdiagnosed me several times even after he looked at the MRI results. I had to fight him for an MRI that showed that it was not any of the conditions as he stated. He doubled down that he was right, despite the results saying otherwise right there in his face. He condescendingly went on to say that I should not use Google. When the actual condition was right there on the radiology reports. Which was where I obtained the information from. Good luck getting your prescriptions and referrals taken care of. They will never complete them or they will not complete them by the time you have the appointment with a specialist. I had to cancel several appointments because the places never received a referral. My referral for PT was never completed. When I contacted the physical therapy facility, they informed me that all that they had received was a cover sheet, with no other information from his office. So, I could not do PT, and he asked me why I did not go to physical therapy as he recommended. I don't see how he expected me to go when the physical therapy facility only received a cover sheet from his office. The staff is as incompetent as he is.

The Dr Hameed Dosunmu is very very nice and professional. The staff is also nice and courteous.read more
