Im pretty sure this is the same truck over across old town where all the food trucks are parked. About 2 years ago they had nothing available. But they went above n beyond to offer us whatever they had left. Gave us a big plate of fried meat n what was left of their tostones n yuca. My family was happy and the food was just like back home. Yeah but why 3? You see im on vacation up here n I decided to try ordering their food trough Door dash, the location across old town shows up on door dash! I was like no freaking way!! And decided to do business with them. I was ecstatic! I remember how good their food was and better yet! The whole menu was available! I was like whuuut!? Carrucho encebollado? Bam!, alcapurias de jueyes? Bam!, camarrones con mofongo!!? BAAAAM! I made nice 6 item combo! Hell they had MACI!!? Oh yeah babbabbaaBAAM!!! Cue sponge bob meme: "1 hour later" So what happened? Door dasher driver goes through the horrible traffic jam in 192 to get to the place n guess what!? Anybody? The owner n the manager told my driver that they DO NOT DO DOOR DASH! But they are on the app!! Then the manager said he didn't even have his ipad on him. Sooo you do the dash? Or not?! Definitely deserves a 1 star for that, but i refuse to accept this! Im here for a week and i will challenge these company TO DO BETTER. Come on! Prove to me that u can do better! Again this rating is for the one across old town! (Fun stop) They not even on the map! The only thing I would rate 5/10 is the tripleta, I didn't find anything outstanding with it, too basic/plain, didn't have any special sauces of anything. The alcapurria was nice and crispy. They do not sell drinks though, if you want to buy a drink you need to visit the main complex which is a few steps away. The main complex has plenty of space to walk around and enjoy some family time after you eat, a HUGE gift shop, a lake, a mini petting zoo with ponies. They also have monster truck school buses you can ride!!
