My second, the cuento ruso was very different to my first fruity choice, inside was a rich chocolate mousse (I think is the best way to describe) with a balsamic strawberry filling. A great option for the chocolate lovers. What's more amazing is Javier does everything on his own! Starts baking at 4am every morning and you can truly feel his passion for his masterpieces when you meet him and taste these desserts. They are almost too pretty to eat to be honest! I had to stare and appreciate before I could dig my fork in. Each creation (I call them creations because they are truly creative and beautiful!) cost €3.50. You absolutely can't go wrong.
