First thing to note, 'gluten free' next thing to note, if you are having a dinner party at home and you really want to impress, you can bring your own serving tray in - you know the one handed down by your Grandmother, and they will cook you lasagna in it so it looks like you've done the hard yards (but don't tell anyone).
This is one of those shops for the uber busy family. They will provide you with healthy serves of decent pasta all prepared and sauced up in small medium or large containers so all you need to do is heat it up. They have a great range and it all tastes good.
The secret is they have their own pasta production kitchen out the back, so it is fresh and tasty. You can smell the pasta being made as soon as you enter and it smells good. They also make killer garlic bread, quiches, sauces, spaghetti, ravioli and dessert (tirra misu) so you never have to cook again if you don't feel like it.
Open seven days a week, the prices are pretty good with a great deal of three different dishes for $10 and it doesn't end there. You can get dry pasta to boil up and cook at home. You can get a range of kitchen implements, pizza trays, mixing sticks and bowls so yeah, great stuff. Another one of those family businesses where they're always quite happy to discuss the internal process and fine workings, so ask questions, they don't mind at all. read more
