I went to Dean's Wakening Seminar (the first in a series of four). It truly was a wakening. My life has changed greatly for the better since that seminar. I am a lot of times more gentle with and loving of myself than I was before and I have learned that being healthy and happy ripples out to do good in my other relationships. Examples: When my consulting engagement ended abruptly in 2010, she and I developed a plan that enabled me to find another consulting gig quickly, in an extremely unfavorable business climate. Later, she and I developed a plan that permitted me to find employment as an employee, rather than as a contractor, again on a very tight timeframe. She also helped to keep me mentally and physically on-track, as I trained to climb a 14,000-foot mountain in Colorado in 2012. I successfully climbed Mt. Sherman in CO last July, on my own power and without supplemental oxygen. To accomplish such things, you must complete Cindy's assigned homework on a regular basis & practice on your own time. You will also find that Cindy's a great sounding-board for business advice- unlike many life coaches, she's worked in the "real world" before and can offer practical advice to you.
