I emailed them as instructed. I texted back per their email screening instructions. We exchanged text messages. We made an appointment for a few days forward; allowing them the flexibility of all day, at their discretion. No call, no text, no explanation, no-show. They may actually be brilliant tree surgeons. But I have nothing to judge that by, and never will. Not my kind of business ethics. I'll find a service that wants my money.

I had gotten a much cheaper quote for the work, but I really didn't know if they would end up doing everything I asked, since their quote had very basic notes. I was afraid they'd miss something I wanted them to do and would then say they could do it for an additional cost the day of the work. I highly recommend Martin Lawnscapes if you want a professional quote and results.

Unfortunately it went downhill from there. I mentioned I was going to be out of town and needed drip systems and they were not put in every place that they were needed so our trees were dead when I came back, Common sense tells you trees need water immediately which was not done and there was definitely no water in place ongoing. cannot recommend this company. I'm very very sorry with how things have worked out.
