I'll assume this is the business that's in the same plaza as the Walmart is. So anyway, it's nice that they have walk-in service and the employees are nice too. I don't get my nails done very often anymore but when I do I usually end up going here. What I have noticed (besides the 2 or 3 regular seasoned employees) is lately it seems they have new/different employees working there every time I do go there that don't really seem to know what they're doing or have very little experience, it seems to now be a training store for new employees. I've seen some that cause bleeding incidents, some that don't really seem to care about how your nails look whether they're crooked, too long or too short or uneven. I've even seen them add liquid to the polish bottles to make more that dilutes the color of the polish. Hence, my fingernails end up a different shade than my toenails using the same bottle. Speaking of polish, the packages the polishes are in where you chose your colors from the wall look so old, used, with specks of color all over the packages and it's just not appealing at all. I've seen the name of the business change 2 or possibly 3 times in the last 3 or 4 years but the wall of polishes have not changed at all. It would be nice to see a refresh to this wall and change these bottles out with new polish and hopefully better trained employees too. read more

They did a great job! With all new management, they so friendly, helpful, They just remolded all things inside. Looks pretty good Special they have a Kid chair pedicure. Remember coming this November, they have 15% off for all services. read more

Made an appointment for my friends and I to get mani pedis fours days ahead of time. We still did not get them done at same time. My tech seamed very distracted. I had to keep reminding him to do my thumb or my pinkie. I asked to get them even and he cut them all super shorI had gel done, which normally lasts me 3 to 4 weeks. After going to natural nails it lasted 2 days before it started to chip. I will not be returning. Very disappointed. read more

I really wanted to like this place...my one star review has everything to do with the cleanliness of this place...I went in to get my acrylic nails removed...when the lady came back with a bowl of acetone for me to soak my nails in...there were chunks of nail particle floating around in the bowl...and I thought to myself..well maybe I'm seeing things...then when she finished with soaking my nails..I WATCHED her pour the acetone that she used with me BACK INTO THE JUG WITH A FUNNEL! They were very nice people but I can't risk getting my nails done there. I am immunocompromised (due to having had cancer) and I'm surprised I don't already have an infection...never saw them take out clean tools from an autoclave/new package/DISINFECTANT!!!?? Ps- I got my mom a gift card for Christmas for a mani pedi and she told me the place was dirty before I checked it out for myself. Yucky read more

I went 10/1/22 for a gel pedicure and dip set on my nails. The guy (not Ken) who did my pedicure apparently needed a cigarette break before even starting which already started off on the wrong foot, he was rough handed and did not do a good job at all. He ended up messing up on three of my toes and call himself fixing it only for it to look even worse. I told him not to clip my toenails and he did it anyway. The only reason for the star is the girl who did my dip set was nice but that one on one attention that each customer deserves going in to an establishment she could not provide from working on two clients nails at the same time. This was my second time every visiting this establishment and I will not not be returning. read more

Def needs a thorough cleaning but my nails came out nice! Also, I tanned and am confident the bed hadn't been cleaned before me. There was an empty lotion packet next to the bed and when I wiped it down myself it was filthy, the brown tanning lotion was clearly all over it, likely from the body before mine. This is unacceptable under normal circumstances, but especially in pandemic. read more

I travel all the way from Jacksonville Florida to get a pedicure because the one's in jacksonville in no way compares to natural nails in live oak they really take their time and ta care of your feet I be Over satisfied with them they are very friendly I would recommend them to everyone I know and it's worth the ride and I will make that ride faithfully read more

My mother has been before and she has acrylic nails done, they turned out great. I on the other hand sat in seat 7. The woman who did my mails did a horrible job, she didnt speak english she didnt understand what i asked for. All she did was file my nail very briefly, she didnt cut the cuticles or shape my nails. I choose a purple gel color that came out green and when i told her to stop she seemed mad and wiped it off. I chose another color and she didnt even clean up the mess on my nail or put down the base gel clear coat, she just started painting . The gel looks horrible, its bubbly and gross looking, the nail she had neglected to reapply the first gel coat is now peeling and half the color has come off. I will never come here again. Ask for Jimmy! I kept putting off getting my nails done in such a little town, with so few well-reviewed nail salons, but this place is awesome. I made an appointment (and was regrettably late), but they fit me right in. My full acrylic set and gel mani-pedi was done in just over an hour! The place was clean and friendly and Jimmy did a fantastic job with my almond nails (and didn't cut or burn me once!). I'll be coming here again! read more
