Basically telling me I would need to do my visit virtually 4hours later although I was already there in person at the moment. How the heck are you going to check my vitals and listen to my lungs etc over the phone?? Instead I went to the urgent care and they had me in and out in no time. Tested negative for COVID and prescribed me medication for the cough. We've been dealing with COVID for 3 years now and to make patients feel like crap leaving your office because you assume they might be infected is disgusting at this point. Will never go back to this office.

The guy who draws blood has to stick me five times to get my vein, the administrators are rude and don't know how to do their job. Simple requests like asking them to have the doctor call me back were forgotten or disregarded. These people obviously do not care about their jobs or their patients. There are lots of doctors out there. Don't waste your time at this practice.

She doesn't bother to look up at me again. Fine. I then explain that I lost my cell phone and insurance card that day and was late because I had to print out a temporary card. She did not even look up or say anything. I waited for a response. She just acted like I was not there. Finally, without lifting her eyes from her book she says "you'll have to reschedule". I get that I can't be seen because I was late but have some decency and treat me like a human being. I then go outside to see if my driver was still there. He wasn't. I go back in and ask the same receptionist if I can use a phone (b/c I lost mine right before my appt.). She looks up at me and widens her eyes. I took that look to mean that she did not hear me so I repeated it. She then yells "I heard you". The common sense thing to do is to say something to acknowledge you've understood what someone has said to you. This genius obviously never learned how to interact with others. Dr. Jardine may be great but I certainly will not return to find out.

I went to the front desk and asked the staff what was the hold-up (meanwhile I overheard DiGiacomo Sr. on a personal call laughing with a friend, totally oblivious of my presence). The front desk person said, "You don't have insurance" loud and in front of everyone. I said, "I do have insurance. You took care of my just a few months ago. I got bloodwork and a physical." They insisted I didn't have insurance. I said, "And you were just going to leave me in the room and not tell me?" She looked at me like I had two heads. The bottom line is, I DO have insurance. They just couldn't be bothered with calling the company. (As you can see from other reviews here, they don't do the legwork, and can't be bothered going the extra mile.) She probably put the number in wrong or something. DiGiacomo Sr. is kind, but I can't with his son and the staff. The staff is an incompetent bunch of airheads. And Junior, I have zero respect for, for leaving me in the room for 45 minutes, wasting my time.

He is very attentive to you and listens to all your concerns. That is a nice change from just seeing a nurse practitioner or a nurse instead of a real doctor. He's up-to-date on clinical trials and medical research. Also, this is intangible, but he's fairly progressive in his views. His office looks brand new, so clean and nicely decorated. His staff is so nice and respectful. You don't have to wait; once you get there you get to be seen. Dr. Francis overall is empathic, respectful, funny, personal, forthright, thorough and confident. He has all that I've been looking for. So glad he moved into the neighborhood.
