Water ruined microwave, stove, hardwood flooring, and possibly electrical unit in the basement. Still waiting 7.5 hours for Bel-Aire to show up and look at the damage. Then he looked at the four "zones" that the original supplier put in, said they were confusing the furnace, and offered to fix the system, which he then did. After all these years, our old furnace is doing the very best job ever of keeping this old building and its huge lower half-basement level very evenly heated.
