Her teachers are amazing and really push her to be her best. The chairs for parents to sit in are disgusting, the floor always has food on it, the tables in the cafeteria are always dirty. To make it worse, they completely ripped us off on his "costumes." He got 2 shirts and a pair of black pants. It costs us $130! The girls in his class got 2 beautiful dresses, and all of the accessories, for the same price. He's completely heartbroken that his "costumes" look like clothes that he already has in his closet, and that he didn't get any of the extras that the girls got. When I tried to talk to someone in the office, I felt like my question was completely ignored.

On this occasion the lesson was Rumba, the class starts out with the basic steps then more steps are added, usually a turn is added by the end of class you've learned a whole pattern. The staff and dancers welcome dancers from all levels and backgrounds. The open houses are worth checking out, so you can see what types of classes you are interested in taking. For now my favorite classes are the Hip Hop classes. I have a feeling as I explore Zenon more that will change. The people take dance seriously, but are also there just to dance and have a good time. There was also a 'musical dots' (think musical chairs but dots on the floor) game that was played for 5 minutes, and the last 5 minutes of class was a free/freeze dance. That is nearly 1/2 of the class time not being taught. Maybe classes during the regular season aren't structured this way? Regardless, we won't come back, and I wouldn't recommend it.
