Great customer service. Delivery, setup and down exactly as planned. Will probably get water slide again this summer.

Easy communication with Dave as I kept on adding/subtracting things. They were prompt and efficient setting up and dismantling. Tim was a genius reconfiguring the tents to create the perfect fit for what I needed. Great service from start to finish--highly recommend. Next Level will be my go-to from now on.

A word of caution to couples considering Next Level Tents for their wedding…read more I rarely feel compelled to leave a review like this, but our experience with Next Level Tents was stressful, disappointing, and frankly unacceptable for a company providing services for such an important event. We hired Next Level Tents for our September 19, 2026 wedding. We booked in February, paid our deposit, and later accommodated a change in tent size after it was determined that the original tent wouldn't fit at our venue. We paid the additional deposit requested and believed everything was in order. Our invoice clearly stated that our remaining balance of approximately $3,000 was due October 11, 2026 -- three weeks AFTER our wedding. We planned our wedding budget accordingly. On September 15, just FOUR DAYS before our wedding, we received another invoice reminder from Next Level Tents, again explicitly stating that our balance was due October 11. The very next day, we were suddenly told that the entire $3,000 balance needed to be paid immediately or our rentals might not be delivered. When we questioned this, the company acknowledged in writing that the October 11 due date was a clerical error on their part. Despite acknowledging responsibility, they initially refused to accommodate the payment schedule they had repeatedly provided us. Instead, they offered to refund our deposit if we couldn't pay immediately. Imagine being two days away from your wedding and being told that the tent, tables, and chairs you've arranged months in advance might not show up because of a mistake the rental company made on its own invoices. Our wedding planner had to intervene and advocate extensively on our behalf. Ultimately, the company agreed to honor the original payment arrangement, and the rentals were delivered. For the record, we paid our remaining balance in full before the October 11 deadline originally provided to us. At no point were we attempting to avoid payment or evade our financial obligations. Unfortunately, the experience didn't improve much when it came to the quality of the equipment. While the tent itself was lovely, several of the rented tables were in poor condition. Some had to be rigged just to remain standing properly. We made it work because, at that point, what other choice did we have? But after the tremendous stress surrounding the payment situation, we had hoped that at the very least the quality of the rentals would justify the ordeal. It didn't. I want to be clear: We never disputed the amount we owed, and we always intended to pay our balance. We simply expected the company to honor the payment terms it had provided us in writing, including in a reminder sent just days before our wedding. I understand that businesses make mistakes. What matters is how they handle them. In our experience, Next Level Tents took responsibility for the clerical error in words, but initially expected us to bear the consequences of that error at the worst possible time. To other brides and grooms: Please be cautious. Get everything in writing, save copies of your invoices, confirm payment deadlines well in advance, and ask questions about the condition of the equipment you'll be receiving. Your wedding vendors should be people you can depend on to reduce stress, not create a crisis days before your wedding. Our wedding was wonderful, but that was in spite of this experience, not because of it. I would not recommend Next Level Tents based on how our situation was handled and the condition of some of the equipment we received.

Gary and Scott were great! We rented various tables, easels, stanchions, and a tent for our wedding…read moreand they made the process so easy! We originally got the tent for potential weather, but we were able to cancel the tent a few days prior once we knew the weather and it didn't look like we'd need it. They arrived on time to drop off all of the rentals, and picked them up same day as soon as the event was over. Their team was timely, efficient, and easy to work with! Gary and Scott always got back to me quickly with any questions I had. They had a great catalogue of rentals to choose from, too. I highly recommend using Atlas Party Rentals!

The worst experiences I've ever had. I strongly advise anyone considering renting from this company…read moreto think twice, especially if your event is in Manhattan. This company is not based in Manhattan, and in my experience, they have absolutely no understanding of how to operate or coordinate deliveries and pickups in the city. Manhattan venues have strict access schedules, building requirements, and limited delivery windows. This company seems completely unprepared to handle any of that. There is no customer service. The owner, Scott Gorky, answers the calls himself, yet repeatedly forgets or contradicts what was previously agreed upon. I specifically discussed delivery and pickup times when placing my order. On the morning of my event, I called to reconfirm the schedule, only to have Scott deny what we had discussed. And threaten me to cancel the order just hours before the event. He was an extremely short temper. The delivery arrived nearly an hour early, when no one was at the venue. This was a rented event space, not my residence, which I had made very clear. To make matters worse, I paid for 40 chairs and received only 38. When I requested a refund for the two missing chairs, he said he would. However I still don't have the refund. It's been 5 days since the event. I had also explicitly arranged for same-day pickup because the venue was not my property. Despite this, the chairs were not collected as agreed. I repeatedly tried to reach him to resolve the situation. I made it clear that the chairs needed to be collected by 12 PM and that, if they were not picked up, I would have no choice but to leave them outside the door because I had no further access to the rented space. Immediately after that phone conversation, I received a $400 charge on my credit card. The chairs were eventually picked up, yet these charges were still imposed! What was most disturbing was Scott's behavior on the phone. He was rude, insulting, and aggressive. He also made comments that I found racist and offensive toward Spanish-speaking people. Which I am. This company failed to deliver the full order, disregarded agreed-upon scheduling arrangements, refused to refund missing equipment, and imposed $400 in additional charges despite eventually collecting its chairs. If you are organizing an event in Manhattan, I would strongly recommend finding a company that actually understands the logistics of operating here and respects its customers. I would never rent from this company again. Completely unprofessional from beginning to end
