This company did not answer the phone several times when I called.. weeks later I heard from them to schedule the appearance of Spiderman at my son's daycare for his birthday. I was skeptical from the beginning because no one ever answered but I really liked the quality of the costume in the pictures they had posted online. This was going to be my gift to my son from me, I was looking forward to the look on his face. I went ahead and scheduled payed the online deposit to secure the date and time 3 weeks before the day. The day of his birthday my mother (grandma), aunt's and 2 of his cousins came to the daycare all wearing Spiderman t-shirts. We asked the parents to dress all 20 students in red and the event was scheduled for snack time 2:30. I took off of work to be a part of this big celebration of my frist and only son's 4th birthday with his favorite hero. **SPIDERMAN NEVER SHOWED UP AND WE WERE ALL UPSET INCLUDING THE BIRTHDAY BOY AND CHILDREN**. 2:45 I called no answer, 3:00 no answer, 3:30 no answer. put a complaint in threw PayPal and my money was refunded. I also recived a call from the company apologizing for the no show DAYs Later. They told me they would get back to me with a reason Spiderman didnt show and I never heard from them again.. this was the worst birthday ever.. thanks party palz. read more

I was very happy with the service that I received from this company. I needed assistance with my daughter's graduation party last weekend and they REALLY CAME THROUGH FOR ME! They provided us with some awesome balloon centerpieces and a yummy candy buffet! The DJ they sent to us was great! Very interactive with our guests and she made it very fun for my daughter and her friends. Since we have a large family with many small children, Cynthia the owner, suggested that we arrange some entertainment for the younger children as well to keep them occupied. So we had Elmo come for some fun interactive dancing and songs with the kids and he even wore an oversized graduation cap to go along with the theme! I will definitely use this company again. They called us during the week to confirm all the details which really put my mind at ease. On the day of the event, our balloon centerpieces and candy buffet were set-up well before our guests arrived and the DJ all loaded also. Elmo arrived in a timely manner as well. They did so much and at such great rates. Thanks to them, the day was a huge success and my daughter and her friends thoroughly enjoyed the party! read more

I used party helpers from Party Palz on 7/29 for my daughter's birthday party. The helpers I had were GREAT! They arrived a few minutes early and quickly got to work. They did everything we asked of them and once the guests started arriving, they made sure everyone had drinks and made sure all the plates and garbage was taken care of. The nice thing was at the end of the party, all the dishes were washed, food put away, and garbage was ready to go out back. They even helped take down the table and chairs! I would recommend Party Palz for any of your party needs. I plan on using them again next year as it made my party less stressful for me! read more

Party Palz has professional costumes for almost any occasion! We've used three different Paw Patrol characters and most recently we used Trolls! They have all the current ones and many characters from the past. Very professional and easy to work with. I would highly recommend them for private parties and corporate events. Whether it is Just For Fun or to market your business, this is the place to get your characters! read more

This last Saturday we had my daughters baptism, we had a Balloon Creator and Face Painter. We were very happy with the services. The face painter took time on each child to make them feel and look great. The balloon artist was very good at interacting with the kids while making the balloon creation. I will be using them again in the future. read more
