After going round and round for over 20 minutes and then saying we will be charged a re-delivery fee, MAGICALLY ENOUGH THEY FOUND MY DAUGHTER's Address. Not to mention, my daughter had been calling the company at the number listed on the contract 972-292-8807 which isn't in service, YET LISTED ON THEIR CONTRACT. They claim they use google maps yet they admitted they use iPhones and it never occurred to use their map app? Great way to snake an additional $35. ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE, ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY, ARGUMENTATIVE. Nope. Never again.
