Leilani was so easy to work with, flexible when I needed a change, and kept me totally informed. They arrived right on time the day of my event, and the tables and chairs were in great shape. They gave me some extra decorations they had and lent me (for free!) a balloon inflator. I highly recommend Partai Rentals . They are simply the best!

They've been purchased by Taylor Rentals who we did use in the past. Josh was helpful and kind. The equipment was clean and sturdy. When I originally inquired I said the the event was Saturday and would like to pickup Sat and drop off Sun. I was never told that they were closed on Sun and would need to drop off Monday until after signing the lease paperwork and got the confirmation email indicating store hours. I immediately called to let them know everyone attending the event had flown from out of town and there was no way I could return the tables and chairs on Monday (flights were Sun evening). The owner did go out of his way to allow me to return on Sun but I had to argue this with him and he was a bit of jerk about it which made me feel like I had to be a jerk back. At first, I thought bad customer service but in the end it all worked out.

Krystal had requested to drop off marquee numbers and was 2 hours late, so the venue people were no longer there. They ended up setting the whole display up outside so when I arrived, I had to move everything myself with the help of the venue staff. Above all this drama, the execution of the writing on the display was horrible. They used 3 different fonts and the stick-on writing you'd find at a budget craft store and it just looked like a total hack job. I let her know about my disappointment after, but no response.
