Gretchen, our contact at Premier, was very responsive to our requests, questions and changes when our guest list ended up increasing. When I researched similar rental companies the prices were all very comparable. At the last minute we actually ran into trouble with the fire marshal wanting to inspect the tent so we ended up canceling the tent. Luckily, we had clear skies and great weather! We also had a bit of confusion on what day the items were being delivered (we changed it on them a few times) so the order showed up a day early but all was well. In the end the tables, chairs and glasses were quality and we couldn't have done the event without them. I would recommend them to other couples.

The first order was canceled, though at least they gave me enough notice. The second arrived late, but the product was good quality. With the third order, they changed the delivery date twice and then missed those dates too. Three days before the event I purchased it for, they casually asked whether I needed it for that date and said it was still 'ready to ship.' No apology, no acknowledgment of the missed delivery dates, and no concrete solution. That level of disregard for a customer's time and plans is unacceptable. I believe in giving businesses a chance. Things happen, and I can accept a delay when it is handled responsibly. But after three attempts, I have had one canceled order, one late delivery, and now this. In my experience, poor service has been a pattern. The products can be good, but quality means very little when you cannot rely on receiving your order when you need it. Now I am left scrambling to find a replacement at additional expense because they failed to deliver. I would spend my money elsewhere. Do not risk your event on this shop. Order from someone else and spare yourself the frustration, trouble, and added expense.

He called me 30 minutes before they arrived to say they were on the way. They were polite and hard working men. They did the job rapidly and safely. All of the things that Weinhardt provided were high quality and in excellent condition. I especially appreciated that they did not agree to do the job until they had an inspector come to my house to make sure what I requested would fit in my yard. The price they asked for this rental was very reasonable. I recommend this company for an outdoor event.
