Just WOW! Their customer service there is out of this world. Each and everyone of the workers there were so helpful. I bought some package deal balloons on Amazon and of course there were a defect on one ( the main character ). They went out of their way to try to inflate the balloon for me. First, let me say that I don't typically go online and write reviews...but I was so impressed by the service these two individuals provided, I felt that it was the least I could do. Any retailer can provide the same quality products, but what sets a retailer apart from their competition is SERVICE. Unfortunately good service is becoming a thing of the past, but not with Christopher and Dayton. I spent weeks planning and orchestrating an "out of state "85th Birthday party". Not an easy task for a "sight unseen" venue with many details and man hours involved. They made my job so much easier, not only helping to find the items I needed, but also helping to narrow down my options. They were patient, handled my returns (and new purchases) expediently, and always treated me like I was the only one in the store. Considering this was during the busy Halloween season, hats off to them! I actually purchased the 4 dozen balloons and Helium I needed at the Owasso location and sent them out of state to be inflated (as well as ALL my other decorations and party items).
