Ive never had anything but positive interactions with any employees and the owner is the sweetest lady. I once picked up my piece and it looked a little lumpy and the paint had some specks on it, I called and they asked me to bring it back and then refired it with no fuss at all. One amazing option Schnucks offers shoppers since March of 2020 is to order groceries through Instacart (with no Instacart Fee) for drive up pick up. There are designated spots right outside the store for these orders. While the shopper is filling the order you can chat in the App and request other items. The Schnucks employees bring your order out to your car wearing a mask and place it in the trunk. The fresh produce and other grocery items I have gotten here all have been excellent quality. I shop at Schnucks much more frequently now. The Woods Mill Road Store employees are outstanding. I will return soon.

I explain to her that i'm getting these for work. She again tells me that I need to let them know in advance so there are "donuts for other people" mind you, I purchased 40 donuts, there were easily 200 more donuts in the case... she then begins to back pedal, maybe she realized how rude she was being. She tried to make small talk, about the weather... "Is it raining?" to which I replied "nope" she proceeds to talk to me about the rain yesterday and I completely ignored her, awful experience. Terrible customer service, terrible attitude.

It asks all the pertinent questions and makes it a breeze to share what you want. As soon as I paid my invoice, I received a confirmation. The day before installation I received a detailed email with how to prepare--things I wouldn't have thought about like watering the grass an hour or two before installation and reminding me to turn off the sprinklers. Installation occurred right on time and the sign was awesome! My daughter loved it. The neighbors loved it. It was a great part of the celebration.
