At least not if I would have something delivered. I ordered my son's graduation party. They never arrived. When I called the store, I was told to "check the Uber thing". What is that? The cashier was dead serious. Once deliveries, leave the store, that is that, and it was my responsibility to check the Uber thing. I didn't know if I should laugh or be enraged. I knew I shouldn't of proceeded with my order when the cashier was preoccupied with what was on her phone, and what was playing in her ear buds. Never again read more

WOW this store is amazingly colorful. I mean its like the willie wonka factory in there. They have a big i mean HUGE gumball machine in the middle of the store in the favors aisle. Each aisle has its own theme. Kid's party theme like monsters inc, barbie, ugly dolls, and more. They have stickers, poster board, halloween, weddings, graduation. They manager was very useful pointed me to everything i needed to find but the one employee, she must have been new because she didn't know anything about the store. I love how each aisle was decorated and organized according to the theme you were looking for. I was just there to find neon paper for a garage sell but ill be planning a birthday soon and i will probably go here for all the specific details. The hardest part is finding out which theme to best do because there are like 40 different ones to pick from. I had my nephew with me at the time and all the halloween themed mask and spiders really scared him. He could barely walk through the aisle without the need to desperately hold my hand. I was comforted to be able to be his safety convince him that they were fake but part of me laughed at how much he believed they were real. The store could use more than 2 registers because the lines would get pretty long. They have a great selection and the prices on the small candy isn't too bad as well. Not sure if I seen anything on sale though. I never like to pay full retail value for anything! read more

I have been there many times they have a nice selection of items, but the last time I had bought balloons there I had went back on a Saturday morning right when they opened I was told it would be little bit over an hour to get a few balloons blown up that's ridiculous!!! Well then make sure you tell a customer that its a hour for balloon orders on a Saturday so i would have not bought the balloons from them !!!I'm sure Saturdays they have alot of orders to do but you mean to tell me a manager could not blow up a few balloons for me take a few minutes come on!!!!Maybe get better management someone that would actually put some effort into helping customer's !!! They don't care because unless you order off of line really there is no other party store !!!it's a shame SO I left there and ran to walmart and bought my own helium tank for twenty dollars and did it myself it was worth every penny !!! read more

I shopped at the Party City at Monroeville Mall two weeks ago and was very impressed. I always dread Party City trips because they are generally grungy and sad looking, but for the sake of my friend's baby shower, I decided to drop by to order some balloons and pick up a few random things. Well, this is by far the best Party City that I have every been to! (And I've been to at least 5+ nationwide.) It was clean and absolutely ENORMOUS with both an outside entrance and a mall entrance. The sales associate that helped me with the balloons was extremely helpful, and though my order was complicated, she got everything right. I mentioned that the store was really nice, and she told me that it was one of a few stores like that in the company... I believe she referred to them as super stores or flagship stores, something like that. Anyway, when any party supply needs arise in the future, this Party City will be my first stop! read more
