Had Bianca booked for a huge event at Kidz Con Oklahoma for proceeds going towards disabled kids. 3…read moremonths in advance everything was good and she was excited. 3 days before I emailed her and said what time she needed to be there for the event, I had a certain HUGE celebrity coming that I had to release due to him getting booked, she asked if he was still going to be there and I explained the situation to her. After that she then wrote me an email saying "she won't do events that atleast have a minimum attendance of 2000 people and that her being there at 8a.m. doest work for her when she knew the event times. It was like since the certain celebrity wasn't going to be there then she didn't want anything to do with the event even though we had professional wrestlers (Big Names), MLB celebrities, OU Alumni, actors, the actual Ninja Turtle actor with original movie costume, that she was to good to attend and help out with the event for the kids. It was a long email she wrote after agreeing verbally on the phone and about 2 or 3 other excuses. From now on my business will DEFINITELY go somewhere else. Not professional or trustworthy at all. Now just 3 days before the huge event I had to scramble around to find a new face painter for all kids to enjoy!!! If I could give 0 stars I would, but 1 was as low as it allows me.
