The balloon bar is AMAZING and they can make personalized balloons! The store is never empty when I go so they are doing something right. They have a lot of themes available as well as a rainbow of basic supplies hard to find elsewhere. Prices are a little high but not crazy considering they are pretty much your only option in the region. The staff are very nice. The store is kept pretty clean. Beware: on Saturdays the lines are long and slow, better to go early on a week day. My one complaint is this: they take too long to catch up with party trends and reorder stock. For example, it took them MONTHS to get anything related to Frozen and by the time they did it all sold out in a day and then it took them nearly 2 more months to get more. This is not the place for the latest, hottest trends but great for everything else.
