One star for the 1 amazing employee that actually cared to help me out. I came in looking for 2 specific colors for a birthday party. Ended up grabbing something to price check, and then was heading out. I had my toddler with me, we drove soully to visit this store and check colors. We did not go anywhere but THIS store. My toddler had my keys, and when I went to leave, they were missing. I went to the front, and the cashier said, "you obviously did not have them here, when you came in." I gave them to my daughter, when I put her in the cart, and it was not a quite interaction. I remember specifically my daughter was trying to eat them, another vocal interaction, and like I said, I drove here, and walked into this store only. Yes, I explained this to the cashier. Who then stopped responding to me, just ignored me like I poofed out of existence. And THEN made a remark to the other cashier when I walked away. Very snarky, "she wasn't buying anything, anyway." I calmly explained the situation and my proof of having them in the store. Never once did I shout or scream. Just calmly, but shakily. It was like I was insignificant, a very bizarre way to reply to a person asking for help finding CAR KEYS. After walked away, I then frantically rushed down the aisles, and asked all 6 people in the store if they found my keys. Eventually, after 10 full minutes of searching, I bothered a worker on a tall ladder, I was avoiding having to interrupt. I was near tears, as my key fob costs $500 to replace, not including the rest of my keys, on the ring. With the added bonus of irrational panic that was someone may take them to the lot and rob my car, or take my whole car on a ride. This wonderful worker, calmed me down, told me that it would be okay, and rushed off to ask everyone again. This time 1 of them said that they did have them, and planned to give them to a cashier when they were done shopping. Why this customer didn't tell me the did when I asked them, originally, I'll never understand. The worker found me looking on the shelves, down another isle, and handed me my keys. I thanked them profusely, and they apologized for their coworkers, and told me to have a better rest of my day. I was so frazzled by the end of this I rushed out. I wish I got all of their names. I unfortunately was too upset, angry and frankly embarrassed to stick around longer. This solidified the last time I would be back, and ended up going elsewhere for the colors I wanted. They were less expensive, too. To the two girls manning the cash registers, I obviously did have my keys, and you obviously have 0 care in the world for your fellow man. I hope you never need any sort of miniscule help, and have someone treat yourself like you did me. To the worker that did take the few minutes to help me out, and even asked everyone again, thank you a million times over. Lastly, this was 9/10 months ago, and I've been debating leaving a review here, this whole time. I still haven't returned, and plan on keeping that statement true. read more

If you've come here around Halloween and experienced the nightmare of children and bagged costumes, I feel your pain. Despite that sh*t show, I always find awesome Halloween decorations for inside and outside the home. They also keep a pretty good stock of ridiculous things year round. I had to come here mid year to stock a nerd themed photo booth and they had everything I needed. They also always have a good selection of plastic cups, shot glasses, napkins etc. It's not the best store ever, but they have what I am looking for and as long as it's not October 20th-31st, you can get in and out fairly quickly. read more

Just ok. It's nice and clean outside and the few times I've been there, there was hardly anybody. They offer tons of character themed party supplies. Barbie, Hello Kitty, Transformers, Iron Man you name it, I'm sure they've got it. Their candy and favor aisles are impressive...bouncy balls, bubbles and every color M&M you can imagine...oh my! My only problem with Party Cities in general are the rinky dink pinatas. The last time I was there, I was greeted in a friendly manner. I'd gone in to look for a Hello Kitty cake pan, but saw that it was out of stock. When I asked one of the associates if she had any idea when they would re-stock it again, she was short with me. "We have different stuff come in everyday at different times, So I couldn't tell you when." Eh. read more

Came in to get some Thanksgiving plates for an office Thanksgiving potluck as I saw a deal for 18 plates for $3 but got the old bait & switch as they wanted almost double the price at the store. Screw that, I got 20 decent colored paper plates from the Dollar Tree just down the road for $1 so I got 4 of them for 80 plates total. Eat that you liars @ Party City, discount party store my arse. Not very customer service friendly. Very short staff. Could not find anyone on the sales floor for help. Very pricey.

Always have customer service problems here. If you can even find anyone to help you, they know where nothing is and you are lucky if they even know WHAT you are talking about ( even with pic, Item number AND internet description) Called to confirm supplies were in stock, seeing as the website does NOT tell you WHERE you can locate these items, just that you CAN buy them. I did not want to drive an hour across town just to find they did not have it. I told the lady I need to confirm 2 pages worth of supplies in stock and she rushes me " ok ya ready" I confirm this THREE more times before I start ... then I begin listing item numbers... on the fifth item, the "lady" goes " Whoa, I guess you will have to come in or I will have to call you back or something, this is way too much. " to which I reply.. "ma'am I told you that I had quite A few Items I needed to confirm were in stock, you said it was not a problem." She then began sighing and going on about how they can look up one or two items but that is it. I told her nevermind and to have a good day. Called another nearby Party Warehouse and they were able not only to confirm the supplies were or were not in stock, but were able to do it without the S***y attitude. read more
