Why do we keep this place in business. In my opinion , they are awful and I don't think they really even care. I came here to pick up a prepaid balloon order and they were so slow for no reason. They had 2 cashiers and 3 other workers filling ballon orders. The whole operation just seemed off to me. If I can help it , I won't be back here. On the plus side, they had a large candy aisle. Party city closed at 7pm... which is fine. However, as we walked up to the entrance a little after 7, an employee looked us in the face and locked the door. That was not fine... how rude! A peak out the door to let us know that they were closed would've been courteous and appreciated. A little goes a long way. read more

Needed graduation decor for a small reception. I'm happy with the motif I went with and everything was perfect. The paper cups aren't made to be used for hours so be careful putting them into your car's cup holder and forgetting about it. Otherwise I was happy with my purchases. read more

WORST STORE!! They take FOREVER to ring up the customers ..... this location only has like 3 workers and they ALL act like they hate they're job , nasty attitude/tone of voice .... Then they charge $1 to blow EACH balloon up that you purchased from the location. DO NOT ANSWER the phone .... and they're slow overall..... I stopped by Party City yesterday night to purchase some pirate costume pieces for my son. The sign at the door said they were remodeling and to excuse the mess, but the store was pretty well organized. My problem was with the employees. The cashier talked on her bluetooth headset the whole time she rang me up, and when she couldn't find the price for something she became agitated and told me to "go find the SKU", then proceeded to go back to her conversation on the phone. While I tried to find the item, the employees in the store just stood around watching and talking among themselves. It didn't seem like anyone was minding the store, so to speak. I doubt I'll return after the service there. read more

1 cashier on a Sunday with a huge line. I had to wait behind another customer getting 300 items. But at least said cashier made up for the long wait by having a truly surly attitude when asked why the other employee filling up balloons couldn't ring some people up. If you're going to open on a Sunday then have more than 1 cashier. read more
