After I declined this, he told they already added this to the car but forgot to add it to the listing. He said there was nothing he could do and I had to pay that charge. I said fine, write it up and I will pay it but will write a google review. He then said he would not sell me a car based on this agreement. After much argument, and me having to pay extra for paint protection (that was probably never added as he never gave me any paperwork on this so called protection), I paid my money and left. I have. Since had 2 different Finance Mangers that mentioned my paperwork was done wrong as I was from out of state and they needed to refund me the taxes I paid and send me corrected paperwork so I can plate my car. Numerous calls and now I just get vmail. No one will call me back! Funny how when they owe money how nobody will call you back? My next phone call is the Attorney General. Stay away from the Kunes Dealer Group!!!

I asked Mark to install 3 plugs on the back side of the engine, the hard ones to replace. He advised that would require and hour of service $138. I agreed and signed the agreement. I ended up with a bill including $126.00 diagnostic test. I was told, a new or rebuilt transmission would be appropriate. Do you think they checked the transmission fluid? No but they charged me $126.00 to read the code. I understand car Dealer Service Centers earn $1,000,0000 per year. I think Mark is right up there, ripping off people like me. If you are an honest operator, is there any hope for people driving older cars ?? Try checking the Transmission fluid level, it is not impossible even though it is a sealed system, it has a cap clearly visible and accessible. Gary K.
