We placed a contract on a residence in Marshall County and we thought that this was the perfect place for us. My wife insisted that we have this property inspected and we hired Partridge Hill Services. Their inspection of our dream home revealed problems with the plumbing , electricity and the roof. Their inspection saved us embarrassment and money. We then chose a second property and, again had Partridge Hill Services do an inspection. What we really appreciate is that they explained all aspects of their inspection. They also took time to explain what they discovered and answered all of our questions. Their report is very complete with more photographs than we ever expected. There is no doubt that we will hire this company in the future and we recommend them to anyone who wants a property inspected. read more

I'm not sure who Melissa C. is but I know Mr. Billard very well and his attention to detail is bar none- the best. His reports are the most detailed in the business. I own several properties in the area and have his company perform every bit of inspection needs. Some inspectors provide an appraisal that spans several pages but Mr. Billard's is a standard double digits with a digital copy and copies of every photo that he takes. He takes a minimum of 300 pictures for each property that he inspects. This is quality that I gladly pay top dollar for each and every time. I look forward to doing business with Partridge Hill Services for years to come and would recommend them to anyone looking for quality in the professionals that they hire. read more

Yes I am a fan! I am in real estate and personally attended the actual home inspection. I have been in the business for over 9 years and have dealt with many home inspectors. Partridge Hill Services was one of the most thorough home inspections I have found, while not overly "picky". Very professional, friendly, great attention to detail. He took personal time to inform and instruct the home owner about the issues found and how they could or could not be corrected. And we had the home inspection report in the inbox by mid-morning the next day! Great experience and happy to find them in today's world. Will use them again! read more

This inspection company saved our family a bunch of money, time and frustration when they inspected a house that we really loved. They found issues that we never saw and took the time to explain all that they did find and questions that we had. Because of their inspection we turned down the first house. We then found another and asked they they inspect the second house. We bought the second house and have been living in it for 4 months and we are most pleased with their services, customer care and detailed report read more

My husband and I were extremely pleased with Pierre Billard's inspection and written review of the home we are preparing to purchase in Columbia, TN. He is very knowledgeable in his field and explained anything and everything he found to be positive and/or out of the ordinary whether it be an issue of attention or just a summation of his inspection. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a quality inspector who definitely knows his stuff. Thank you Pierre for squeezing us in on a short notice as well! read more

We just had Pierre do a complete inspection on a house we are planning on buying here in Tennessee. I can't say enough about how complete, thorough and patient he was in looking for the details. Seems like he turned that house inside out and upside down - and we were delighted with his demeanor, professionalism and results. I can honestly say that I will recommend Mr. Billard and Partridge Hill Home Inspections to anyone in the mIddle Tennessee area. read more

I engaged Partridge Hill Services, Pierre Billard, for a couple of home inspections for property that I was considering for purchase. He inspected two properties and his reports for those properties were comprehensive and very educational. I am keeping both reports for use on a general basis for any future real estate acquisitions I may be able to make. I highly recommend this service provider for home inspections. read more

Awesome company that will walk you through the inspection and answer questions. Pierre took the time to explain the issues that were important to consider before we put our house on the market. If you want more in an inspection and lots and lots of photos. Not your short cut home inspector and that was my worry when shopping for one. We were not disappointed. read more
