Every thing was said to be decent overall. In my inspection water damage was noted in the master bathroom but that is not the issue I am facing. A few months have passed and I noticed the living room floor looked awkward in one area. I pulled it up and BAM! It was rotted. I went underneath the house to look and right in plain sight there are 2 broken floor joist side by side along with the majority of the floor being rotted and heavy coat of white mold. I immediatly contacted my insurance and they reviewed my home inspection and stated that this was not listed in the report. They reccomended me to get an attorney. I contacted Partridge Hill Services and a few days later they got back to me. They tried to blame it as being listed when nothing was mentioned about this part of my home. There is no way they inspected my home completely and missed this. When I contacted them they refuse to take fault or even help compensate. I STRONGLEY reccomend to use some one else as these people with pass whatever they can as long as they get paid. WORST HOME INSPECTORS!!!

Ms Jones was not a good experience for us. Crye-Leike was highly recommended…read more We were attempting to relocate and travelled expressly to see home that Ms Jones was listing agent. Her negotiation skills, professionalism and ethics were sub par at best. Worse, there is no doubt with her 20+ years experience in Pulaski, TN and her having a current seller appraisal in hand, she purposefully misrepresented this property (i.e. 5000 sq ft, was actually 2200 sq ft. and 3 bed, 2 1/2 ba was actually 1 bed 1 1/2 ba - walk out basements cannot include living space). Besides we came to learn this was also evidenced by sellers current appraisal and local taxing authority). The deceptive listing and purposeful misrepresentations cost sale of home. Not to mention her preparation of contract without fair, honest and proper disclosure; it was trickery and underhanded. It was $800K list price. Her negligence left us with extraordinary out of pocket costs for due diligence inspections, appraisal and banking fees as well as our travel costs. If that wasn't bad enough, she also attempted to jeopardize return of our sizable EM deposit when bank refused to lend. It took tremendous effort for us to recover our EM funds. She also had no qualms referring to us as "northerners", making us extremely uncomfortable & feel unwelcome in a new state and community. That left us speechless. The National Assoc of Realtors (NAR) has a code of ethics, which she blatantly violated causing terrible angst for our realtor, both real estate agencies and of course us as serious committed in-contract buyers. While we investigated Ms Jones and Crye-Leike before proceeding with this home, our experience was not even close to reflective of other online reviews. It's certainly made us question the accuracy and validity of other reviews and largely reason we feel obligated to share our experience. Hopefully by sharing our honest and truthful experience it prevents anyone else from suffering they way we did. It was truly shameful for all. Furthermore, she has since re-listed property incorrectly again! Nonetheless adding an extra bath to new listing as well as all the same incorrect information from former listing - it's truly disgraceful a realtor can knowingly do such an injustice to anyone and furthermore create a really awful situation for all parties involved.
