I thought they would do the job I asked them to do everything was going as expected and then Mark said he was too busy and quit. I was a month away from my mediation and two months away from my divorce trial.... quality only matters if they don't cut your feet out from under you. Please be warry as they will not meet expectations. When I asked why he was so busy he said that he had so many new accounts come on... seems to me you should be obligated to your current clients but that might just be me. Tywford laws response: 2Share Response from the owner We are sorry to see your review. Unless you specifically authorize us to discuss your case we cannot comment on the specifics. What you have indicated is not accurate of what occurred. As we have relayed to you, there are many specific reasons we withdrew from your case, and believed it was the most appropriate action at that time. We wish you the best of luck in the future You stated that what I am presenting is not accurate. THIS IS TAKEN from your email: "Too busy is not an excuse. I am too busy. I had tons of new cases come on board and others take off, and the same time your case went from needing almost no attention except we thought we would maybe resolve it, a single temporary order and then mediation, to emergency hearings and totally messed up situation." Yes a messed up situation... is exactly what you hired to handle. How dare you call me after abandoning my case asking for a better review. If your like me you have spent hours/days to try and find someone to hear you out, once you finally get a meeting, you feel hesitant because you feel like most of the other firms are there to treat you like a number and another paycheck. :ets put it this way, My L&I Claim Manager said this, Todd and his Law firm is unique among the rest of them and its unheard of for most law firms once they lock you into a contract to be willing to be consistent, as responsive and willing to do what's ethically and morally right for you. I had my workers compensation claim approved quickly with the help of Todd and his family (Law firm) compared to when I was trying to do it on my own it was like pulling teeth. Which don't do it, it really adds insult to injury and the extra stress makes the recovery even harder. I had blown out my lower back on the job but I think the injury doesn't matter as some lawyers say they are experts for your specific injury and others may not be. IMO this is an attempt to convince you to go with them but Todd Doran has the experience and any case relevant to Washington Workers compensation or an L&I claim is relevant to his practice in my opinion because ethics and understanding play a greater weighted roll when your talking about life changing injuries and looking for someone to help you for the long term. I could say more but it would become a book and I wasn't paid to write this, I was represented by Todd Doran and his Law office and truly appreciated what he did for me. I wish his google page was at the top of the list when you search, Workers Compensation lawyers Spokane wa because it would have saved me about a week of calling around and going through the riga-morol of vetting the good, bad and the righteous.
