I needed a full time job close to home that didn't require advanced skills they immediately found a position 10 minutes from home that offered the hours I needed and allowed me to start earning money. the interviewer and secretary were very helpful. im sure it doesn't happen in every case but for me at least I was sent to a company with a great boss, supervisors and helpful co-workers.

After hundreds of seedy emails, dozens of phone screens, and several in-person interviews, I could not have been more bitter or jaded from wasting my time and energy with the loathsome and self-serving headhunters who tossed me like darts at their job boards. And then I met Rich Gardner. When I was applying to college, I was so sick with schoolwork and so against the thought of more of it that my mom had to push me forward with applications and visits, ultimately convincing me it was the right thing. At a time when I had all but lost hope, a thoughtfully-toned email offering a "stable" long-term contract on a "very collaborative team" with "an excellent corporate culture" was the start of a tremendous relationship that helped me all the same with my career. And much like my mom, Rich spent most of his time forcing one stubborn elephant up a flight stairs, hammering me with emails and phone calls to motivate me beyond my capacity. I had tried two other places in Western, MA and they never called and they never got me any interviews, but working with KNF&T I got probably 4 interviews in the span of a few months. Krista O'Shea was my primary contact and she prepped me for interviews, got me interviews, followed up, and kept moving forward with supporting me if the interviews didn't work out. This means a lot in such a finicky job market. I'm not sure what other locations of KNT&T are doing, but this one was stellar.
