My family had to help finish setting up ! Bartender was an hour late for the event! Security was so unprofessional and very rude ! We understand that hit capacity but you would think if people leave we should of been able to let people come in that were waiting! NOPE the lady working the event was so rude and disrespectful! They shut down the event 2 hours before it should of been ! And to top it off they started removing our stuff and putting them outside once they kicked us out !! I will say that communicating with them was tough throughout the planning process - the email system doesn't work and emails are not responded. So you have to call them to communicate. I was VERY nervous leading to the party, given other reviews of the team not showing up etc. - but this is all given the system. If you communicate by phone its all good. Don't be discouraged by these reviews or unanswered emails - the party was ABSOLUTELY fantastic and would highly recommend them.

We did a spa party that included facials which the girls made and were all natural, make your own sugar scrub, nail painting and karaoke. They were patient and worked so nicely with the girls.
