We had a great experience with Parris North in Murray. Steven was great. He knew so much about the…read moretrailer we wanted. He knew even more than you think he would due to him coming from the service department. Jake did our financing and here was great also. He really worked with us to get the interest rate to where we wanted it. He wasn't pushy to buy the upgrades. Jared in the service department did our walk through. It answered all of our and made sure we understood before he moved on to the next thing. Our added upgrades were done in a timely manner. We would definitely buy from them again. I would consider them all friends.

The entire experience, from sales to delivery to prep to follow through, was light years better than Parris. I almost feel like the unit we bought from Parris ("new", it says here) was either a parts depository or previously sold and returned. The list of problems is too long to even try to share; but the biggest problem on the list was they didn't care about the other problems. Parris is a "Volume Dealer", which has many meanings. It primarily means that they operate on low profit margins which are offset by high volume. The problem there is that soon that dealer falls into the trap of relying on volume only. That's all they care about. Sales volume. Turning units. They DON'T care about the customer or the end result, which their reviews show. The huge majority are either 5 or 1 star. If there are no problems, I suppose they rate high. If there are problems they are terrible. We gave them a chance when the problems arose again and were dismissed with the same old "performing as engineered" and "that's on the manufacturer, not us" answers we got last year UNTIL I mentioned trading it in. Then all of the sudden, the tune changed. I started getting messages from the General Manager about the great trade in numbers he had come up with. He heard "trade in", so he heard "volume" and "turning a unit". All of the sudden, he cared. I'm sorry if he inferred that we were interested in anything Parris had in their inventory, or that we would EVER buy ANYTHING from them again. We won't. Caveat Emptor

I would not recommend.. At this point if I could give a 0 I would. We purchased a brand new trailer…read morefrom Motor Sportsland in Feb 2024. I have had the trailer in the shop more times than it should have been from a leak in the window, back door needed replaced, fuel pump circuit board went bad and needed replaced, a slit in the flooring when we purchased it was fixed. The manufacturer of the trailer, Eclipse, recently went out of business and I am having more issues with the trailer that need repaired. The most recent issue is with the molding and trim on the front of the trailer, which if not repaired will cause water damage. Motor Sportsland has agreed that this would be a warranty issue covered under the manufacturer warranty but they are not covering the warranty for Eclipse and now I have to pay out of pocket. I also purchased an extended warranty, which I am being told isn't going to cover the trim and from what I am seeing isn't going to cover much of anything. Recently we had an issue with power, while the trailer was not getting the back door replaced we asked them to look at the solar. They told us the solar panel is bad and although covered under the manufacture warranty I would have to pay for shipping and the shop fees to have it replaced. After doing some of our own troubleshooting the panel is fine and appears to be a short somewhere else. While in the shop I now have pink glue all over the side of my trailer where they did not take proper precautions when spraying another trailer. If you are looking for someone to stand behind what they sell I would not purchase from Motor Sportsland. I purchased a trailer and a warranty in good faith and I have had nothing but heartache.

He answered every single question and unlike most RV sales reps he knew what he was talking about and we had complete confidence as we drove away. Such a seamless and fun experience. This team was transparent with us from start to finish. They didn't try to cover up anything and gave us a fair price for the unit. I would absolutely go back if we ever decided to upgrade our RV. Thanks, Dave and Company.

Update in response to Recreation RV Sales comments:…read more Your reply is misleading and leaves out important facts. The "four hours in your driveway" was me transferring all my belongings from my old RV into this one -- the slides were briefly pushed out and back for about fifteen minutes while it was sprinkling. I was given an approximately 3-mile test drive, which did not reveal the problems I discovered on the 12-hour trip home. A professional RV inspector confirmed nearly $7,000 in needed repairs. Slide seals don't fail after a single road trip, nor does an awning suddenly let daylight through after one week. I did call for help and when I didn't get a response, I texted. Your answer was to scold me for texting and tell me to email. When I asked for a refund after learning the true extent of repairs, your response was essentially "too bad, you bought it." Yes, there were no smells, rust, or leaks, but I was repeatedly assured this RV was in "pristine condition." That was false. I have not been able to drive this RV since I purchased it. It was also unprofessional for you to post my full last name when my review appears only as "Debbie M." -- a petty move that reflects poorly on your business and says a lot about your character. I'm sharing these details so future buyers have a clear understanding of what to expect and can make informed decisions.

I want to say a special thank you to Josh -- the ASL wizard. I lost hearing in one ear recently,…read moreand Josh made the whole place feel like home instead of an audio-free bunker. If you're hard of hearing and someone signs, bring Josh into the loop -- he's your person. (He wasn't the one we bought from, but he still earns top marks.) We wanted out of our charmingly named death trap, "Titanic or Thor Hurricane." After visiting 12 dealers (yes, twelve -- feel free to gasp), we met Brett. Brett (coincidentally the same name as my husband), who goes by "Bam" for reasons nobody offered to explain. He was polite but clearly running on baby-duty exhaustion--lots of yawns--so I assumed a small child had declared war on his sleep. Still, he was attentive enough to lead us outside and show us three Class C diesels. Number 1 was my immediate favorite, as if a motorhome could wink. I told Bam plainly: give me what my husband and I want and you'll have a deal. I specified the trade-in value, zero fees (including the obligatory "prep fee"), and a discount off the price. Back inside he gave the classic salesperson line, "Let me see what I can do." Charmingly predictable. I replied, "Fine--then I'll take it to your sales manager myself," and walked over to Jonathan. Jonathan actually ran the numbers, agreed, and we shook hands. Deal made. We needed a day or two to sort funds, and during that interval something went wrong on their end. They fixed it--heroically and without drama--and more than made amends. All's well that ends with less thunder and more sensible wheels. We had a 1:30 PM appointment that Friday -- and yes, we were downgrading from a 30-foot storage palace to a 25-foot closet on wheels, so we needed time like a squirrel needs nuts. I asked to reschedule and they squeezed us in at 8:30 AM. Woo-hoo. We needed every minute. Brett was off at his son's soccer game on Friday, but Jonathan was there -- gave me a hug, said it was great doing business, and promised a photo with the new unit. He slipped away before I could catch him, so I cornered Jeff instead; he heroically posed with our rig and was lovely. This is our 5th rig. The team we bought from in NY were excellent, and these folks were too -- from Josh (ASL hero) to Deanna (walk-through pro). Tell them exactly what you want and make it clear you'll buy if they deliver. They're polite, easy to deal with, and if anything goes wrong, they'll fix it. We have now been in our Winnebego View for a month ( I think !! ) and although we had to do some minor things like clear the water line of corosion to get hot water and fix the DEF which we researched and new about it's been great. We will be going to back to see Bam ( Brett ) to get a Super C when we are ready.

I already have financing through my bank so I asked the gal for an out the door price. You would not believe the amount of fees they try to tack on. This place is a scam. Stay away. $5249 in ridiculous fees. I asked the lady about them and she said all dealerships charge these fees. I said not they don't , I sent her a out the door quote from another dealer with none of the bs fees. They also want to charge labor to install a hitch that I am buying from them, to pull a trailer I am buying from them. $1,250 for the hitch with labor. I can get the hitch for $550 at my local trailer shop. Run from this place. Do not shop here. Thank you for hearing me out.
