What I like about their firm; they are not limited to one area of expertise. On the residential side, they can help you buy, sell, build, or manage your home. On the commercial side, they can help you buy, sell, build, lease, or manage your commercial property. Lastly, they can help work on small to large development deals. They are a one-stop shop with a high level of personalized service. They are a hidden gem on the oceanfront of Virginia Beach. If you are looking for this type of real estate firm with over 40+ years in our local market and great people, give them a call. And, Proudly I say that I have comfortably made "Lexington Club Senior Apartments" my permanent Mansion, Castle, Rivera & Paradisical Celestial Home unless or until I am unfortunately Evicted and/or meet my untimely demise. Graciously, in my many years of residency under various different owners and in-house staff...I have found the LEX Management & Maintenance staff (then & now) to be professional, approachable, personable, serviceable and accomodating. Especially the present Commendable "2025 Lex Team", such as; PM Eubank, APM Godbout, LS Perez, MSupv Price, GK Vazquez and Pt Laborer Eduardo!!!! In my pleasant opinion, the Office Team has been polite, efficient and readily available to assist me in required housing needs, private issues and/or documentation. And to me the Maintenance Team is respectful, prompt and thorough when completing my personal home repairs or tenant building concerns. Trust and Believe...it has been my pleasure to speak on behalf of the LEX on-site team and my residency. More importantly, my comments are honestly based on my private Interactions and personal Observations as a longstanding, hopefully outstanding Resident.     Annie Russell I've…read morelived at Kendrick Court in Herndon for 2 years. I'm not pleased with the management and maintenance teams. Particularly on April 15, 2026, there was a fire at the apartment complex causing damage to my apartment. [name removed], the Community Manager said I could move to another vacant apartment while restoration work was being done to my apartment. I asked who would move my furniture. [name removed] replied "I had the hire someone to move my furniture to the vacant apartment and then hire someone to move my furniture back to my apartment when the restoration work was completed". I then asked [name removed] if the company would reimburse me if I went to a hotel she denied my request. Since the fire on April 15, 2026, only limited work has been performed on my apartment. For example, on April 15, my windows were boarded up in my bedroom. The workers did not adequately cover up my furniture, the plastic covering parts of my ceiling is becoming undone. A company representative inspected my apartment on April 23, 2026. However, to date no restoration work has been scheduled Below is a few additional complaints during my 2 year stay: 1. Prior to the fire, maintenance have not responded to my maintenance requests in a timely fashion. 2. The water is turned off across the building on many occasions disrupting daily activities for hours. 3. The leasing officer needs training on her telephone etiquette as she has been extremely unprofessional to me when she answers the phone. Note I gave Kendrick Court a rating of 1 because I accidentally press the 1 button and could not change. Rating should be 0.

Not what I settled for, what I wanted. Danielle was my agent and she was more than amazing. It wasn't anything she couldn't answer. She looked into everything I asked. In the first day of meeting her, she had 4 houses lined up for us to see and the next day it was 7. I have seen about 60 houses in 3 weeks. She knows her stuff. She is a force and has a competitive spirit especially when it came to the houses I liked. She did 2 bids for me. First one, we beat out 4 other people and the last one, we beat out 8. It wasn't nothing she couldn't do. When my sellers was being difficult, Danielle and Tiffany made sure I had all the information and options before I made my decision. It was tough, but I wasn't in it alone. I truly want to thank you all that helped me especially Danielle. In the end, I got the house I wanted, connections to local businesses to help in the future endeavors from legal matters to renovations, and I tell everyone about them.

My family and I were in the unusual situation of having to sell a home that we owned for less than two years. For this reason we had to be quite firm on our minimum sale price. I met with three agents who recommended we list for a price that was far lower than we could manage. I met with a rental company and prepared all the paperwork to rent the home until we could pay down the mortgage a little more. However, my husband was not at all interested in being a Landlord so I made one last attempt to meet with a Real Estate agent. I met with Tiffany and explained (what I thought was) our "difficult" situation. But our situation was not difficult for her! She recommended we list the house for thousands more than anyone else suggested. She did NOT overvalue our property! She just happened to be the first to put in the extra effort required to properly market an old home that had been fully remodeled. Tiffany took care of everything! I didn't spend one day worrying about what needed to be done to sell the house because I knew Tiffany and her team were doing everything that needed to be done. The home I thought wouldn't sell within the next few years, sold in less than six months!! At a price we were quite pleased with. When some potentially very serious disagreements arose after inspections, Tiffany saved the deal with the calmness and perseverance she displayed throughout our entire time together. In summary, Tiffany sold our home quickly. She sold it in a neighborhood where the comps were on the market for a year or more. Some are still on the market. And some have simply been taken off the market and rented. Tiffany brought our sale to the closing table for exactly the amount we expected (no extra "add on's" or "surprise fees") thanks to her one-of-a-kind "Seller Net Sheets" that she generates for every client (ASK HER ABOUT THOSE!). Tiffany is a hard working, trustworthy, competent agent and I would recommend her to anyone.
