They have complimentary drinks and have comfortable seating when waiting. The rooms are nice and clean with a comfortable bed. Especially if you are getting more than one area waxed. All of the staff are welcoming, considerate of your needs, and polite. Concerning the negative reviews, no I have never been offered incentive to leave a good review. They let you look and give you a mirror to check if there are any hairs left on your body. If you see some speak up. I had a time, not with Micah, where I saw some hair and the esthetician was more than happy to wax that area. Pain? Seriously, it's a wax and they do hurt. Everyone's pain tolerance is different but they are in no control over your pain. Overall, I recommended this studio to many of my friends who have told me that they thoroughly enjoyed their experience. Ashley did my massage and was wonderful. Chloe took care of Makayla, and Jerrica did Madi's massage. When we scheduled our appointments, and again when we arrived, we were specifically told we could use the sauna after our massages. We were really looking forward to relaxing there together afterward, but when we finished, we discovered it had already been shut down. We were told the manager had turned it off so the spa could close about an hour early. Just Brittney the owner works there. It was so relaxing that when I tired to get off the table I had a hard time b/c I was so relaxed from my 90 min facial. I am glad she had walked out b/c I am sure I might have looked intoxicated. Brittney was calm, cool and collected with such a soft voice and touch. She was friendly and kind. My skin looks amazing today. I had not had a facial in quite a few years. I also liked that she didn't try to upsell me or pressure me into buying products. She does have them available but I was not given the normal sales speeches a lot of places give you, which to me is a plus.
