A coworker of mine brought in some Parlor Donuts and man were they good. It's a good thing it's on the other side of the city because it's legit good. As a donut snob I really enjoyed the flavors. I had seen some people on a GF facebook page mention this doughnut shop. I decided to try it today . The place looked nice and what was in the display's looked great. I advised the young lady that I had celiac and that I need gluten free. She explained which ones she could make gluten free. I was charged $8.12 for two doughnuts . I took my box without looking and proceeded on to work. What I found in that box was was two crappy Udi's doughnuts with Parlors sauce drizzled over them. I managed to eat one. And it made me sick. Trashed the other one. It seems the local community thinks you are making gluten free products, but you're not. I will not be back. read more

Was NOT impressed at all. LOTS of dough/bread not a lot of toppings. Girlfriend likes the coffee though. To me not worth the short trip.

My husband waited an hour for donuts and they kept telling him it'll be "10 more minutes". The staff kept handing our donuts to everyone else but my husband. Service was cheerful and helpful for our first time trying. Huge donuts. We tried maple bacon, bourbon caramel, chocolate chocolate and peanut butter chocolate. All were great. A little pricey but was told the more you buy the cheaper they are. We also purchased a couple of doggie donuts which our fur babies loved. We went in (plenty of parking) but they also have Drive thru. Seating inside. That's the only drawback. This was a regular place for me until today. It is time for you to hire new staff, because awful staff will ruin your business very quickly! Today I had an awful experience and because of it I won't be back. To the cook Paul, you need to learn manners and how to cook food properly, or find a new job! People pay a not so cheap price for the food that comes from there, so it should not be low quality! If you mess up then you fix it, or refund. Today I was given avocado toast that was hard as brick. I order this often so I knew it wasn't ok. I nicely let them know it wasn't edible and apologized for asking for it to be made over (I mean for almost $8 and a tip I have the right to have it fixed properly).. Smart a** Paul rudely walks over and hands me a cold untoasted piece of bread straight from the bag with the toppings. Unbelievable! I got my money back and left! I can't believe the type of people who work and treat paying customers so crappy. My family and I wanted to try something different so I starting searching yelp recommendations. When walking in and we were immediately greeted with a warm welcome and friendly faces. This place was very clean and displayed all their goodies for you to choose from. So many choices but we narrowed it down to a raspberry filled, coconut cream, cookie and cream and maple bacon doughnut. These were so delicious, we bought 2 dozen more to take to a family gathering and they were a hit. Everyone were asking for more. We ordered an assortment. The staff here are very friendly. The location is clean and organized. Just FYI though, they do not offer their kitchen items here anymore. Aka - tacos, breakfast sandwiches, avacado toast. Very tasty, but extremely expensive for what you get. Even as a "premium" product, it is way too costly.

The first time I came, they were out of gluten free donuts. I called before I went the next time. I am grateful they picked up the phone and confirmed they had them. They were okay. Newly diagnosed gluten allergy so I haven't explored very many options. They were dense and overly sweet. I enjoyed it. I appreciated the gluten free option. Doughnuts look gorgeous, do not be fooled. They are terrible. They are not cooked through, have no taste. I also bought gluten free, they would not let you see them until you bought them and they looked nothing like what is in the display. The gluten free are awful. They are like bricks. I am still sick the next day from eating one. I also got Keto, they were hidden from sight and handed to you after you bought them. I threw them away after trying the others not worth the calories. The drink was good. Donuts are expensive here. Not worth eating doughnuts there, they taste horrible. read more

This is the third time I've been there and the first time dined in. Every time I've been there I felt that, even though we like their food, their customer service is not the best. The first two times I didn't want to leave a review, but after today's visit I decided to do it hoping they can see improve. We went there to have breakfast, when we were placing our order we told the young lady that was taking our order that we were dining in, I am not sure if she forgot or did not hear us, but she went ahead and put our pastries in a bag. We told her again that we were dining in and she then she asked: "oh, so do you want a plate?" (the customer needs to let them know if is a to go order or dining in because they don't even ask you); we told that, yes, we needed a plate for our pastries, after that we went to find a table and waited for the rest of our food and lattes, remember, it was a "dine in" order. They brought our food in a paper bag and just put it on our table, obviously they forgot, again, that our order was to dine in. While the three young ladies were there just talking about what was going on in their lives, we were still waiting for our lattes, but evidently they forgot that part of our order, I finally got up and asked if they have them ready. The young lady in charge of making them was not aware of having a pending order because no one told her, at least is what we heard her say to another coworker. She made them in a hurry and they were not even hot, they were just lukewarm and, once more, they forgot or did not care that we were dining in and just gave us our, almost cold, lattes in a paper cup. When we finished eating I asked one the three young ladies if they provide plates when you dine in or if they just give the orders in a paper bag. She explain to me that when dining in they use their tableware and not paper cups or bags. I also let her know that we were not very please with their customer service and she was very nice. Of the three young ladies there, she is the only one who is nice, the other two, Landry and the blond girl need to be nicer. We also wanted to take a few pastries to go and Landry H was who took our order, and as I said before, she is NOT nice, she needs to work on her manners and customer services skills. We really like the food you serve, but customer services should be as good, or better, as your product/service. And that is why I am giving this business two stars review. read more

Let me start off by saying I love the atmosphere of this place. Super cute. I was second in line behind these two ladies but the man who came in AFTER me was helped before me. Although it took forever to get my order in, the doughnuts were delicious, so no complaints there. The matcha I ordered was terrible. So grainy. As a fellow barista my friend watched her make it and let me just say wow this girl had no clue what she was doing. Not to mention the flavor was just awful. I also ordered a ciabatta sandwich and again it was just so bad. The bread couldn't even be considered ciabatta with the horrible texture it had. It was incredibly stiff and everything else about the sandwich was something I would expect from gas station, although i heard those items are no longer available at this place. (For good reason). Would I come here again? Maybe, but I would just stick to the drive thru next time. read more
