Dr. Parle is an amazing, caring and honest orthodontists. I just finished my Invisalign treatment with him and could not be happier with my results. He really takes his time to make sure you get the best treatment possible. Everything from his friendly staff to the time he takes to make sure you are comfortable, they really care and it shows. Amazing team! My daughter had an underbite that grinded her baby teeth down that we were so happy when they fell out. When it was time to get braces, Dr. Parle did an amazing job fixing her bite, but also making it a great experience. We're onto round 2 with the bite and all her permanent teeth, but would highly, highly recommend! read more

I take both of my kids to Dr. Parle and I couldn't be happier. He's an excellent orthodontist and you can tell he really cares about his patients. Dr. Parle always takes the time to explain the procedures to both myself and my children, and his staff are all very helpful as well. My kids actually look forward to their appointments, which having had braces myself I know is not normal at all. Dr. Parle and staff are so nice and extremely professional, I can not recommend them enough! I was very nervous to get a consultation when I was considering braces. I was concerned about being an adult with braces but was so fed up with how crooked my teeth were. Dr. Parle was so easy going and reassuring that I knew I was making the right choice. I have had the best experience with Dr. Parle and his staff. They started my Son on invisialine. Everytime we went it was a fast and easy visit. All questions are answered and they are always ready with the next trays. Dr Parle fixed my Sons gaps, cross bite, and TMJ. He made sure it was done RIGHT. Kathy keeps good track of the account and appointments and is easy to work with. She even would call and remind me the day before the appointment. And day of if I was running late or just plain forgot she would be so pleasant and get him in. I feel they care for the families that come in and take time to get to know you a little. I feel like they have a well oiled ship and would recommend Dr Parle. My Sons teeth are perfect. I'm a very happy Momma. Worth the time and money. read more

I was terrified of getting braces because of being an adult, the price, and the length of treatment. The first appointment you make at Dr. Parle's office is free, so I thought, what the heck. I am SO glad my dentist recommended me to him. Yes, braces are expensive but he was accommodating and understanding. I went on a payment plan that completely fit my budget and he also explained my treatment plan very well. I loved that when I broke something (brackets, wire, ect.) they fit me into the schedule right away at no extra charge. I also missed an appointment one time and they did not make me feel bad but instead, rescheduled me as soon as I could come in. I was in and out of the braces faster than anticipated too (my favorite part)! I recommend Dr. Parle to all of my adult friends and to all of the high school kids I coach. When I have kids, I will definitely be bringing them to Dr. Parle's office when they are due for braces. read more

Most amazing orthodontist. I've had all of my family go to him, all of my friends etc. because he creates just gorgeous smiles. Being that I am an adult and never had braces, I chose to go for that perfect smile. And even though I moved all the way to Santa Barbara, I still chose him because he is so talented at what he does. Dr.Parle in my opinion is hands-down the best orthodontist around. A few years back I needed to get braces put on. As an adult I shopped around diligently from orthodontist to orthodontist and did my homework to find the best one. Dr.Parle and his staff are caring and made me feel special at each and every visit. I was so impressed with Dr.Parle and his treatment of my teeth that I took my 13-year-old daughter there as soon as I had the chance. My little girl was very scared however the doctor and his staff put her at ease and she left his chair with a huge smile on her face. When I called to ask why, I was simply told that my insurance covered only 50% of the cost. No one mentioned that the office was actually out of network with TRICARE. After contacting TRICARE directly, I learned that the reduced coverage was because the office was out of network. Only after I called the office a second time and specifically asked about it did a staff member finally confirm that they were not an in-network provider. I paid the bill and am not upset about the $77.45 itself. What disappointed me was the lack of transparency. I specifically asked about insurance before scheduling because I wanted to avoid unexpected costs. Had I been told the office was out of network, I would have chosen an in-network dentist. I also emailed the office to share my concerns and give them an opportunity to address the issue before posting a public review, but I never received a response. If you have dental insurance, I recommend confirming not only that they "accept" your insurance, but also whether they are actually in network, as those are not the same thing.

I started taking my daughter to Dr Parle around 2 years ago, and he has been amazing to my my daughter! But what impressed me the most was when my daughter was having problems with her baby teeth coming out, and she was having a lot of pain when she would eat or just in general. I called on a Thursday and spoke to Cathy about the the problem. She told me that the dr was out of town on business and wouldn't be back until the next day, and his schedule was already booked. I expressed to her the pain my daughter was in and if she could advise me on what to do to rectify the problem asap. She said she would call me back shortly, and she did! She said she had talked to Dr Parle, and said he would be back in town around 6:00 to 6:30, and would met me and my daughter at the office at 7:00 pm. (After hours)! When we both got there he immediately opened the office and assessed that two of her baby teeth were causing the pain and needed to be pulled! Ten minutes later they were pulled and she was on her way to feeling better! This kind of customer service just doesn't come around very often anymore. He is a diamond in the rough! Will be going to him for all my family's special dental work from now on! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! read more

I just wanted to give a shout out to my orthodontist Dr. Parle, (Steve), and his team for being so amazing at what they do. My dentist office is literally down the hall from his and when I had questions about getting braces, they recommended him to me. I've had my braces for 5 months now, and I couldn't be happier with the results already! Dr. Parle finds a way to explain what's going on without sounding.... well.. stuffy or condescending. He always has a good sense of humor and when I wasn't sure in the beginning if this was the right move or not, he answered my questions, never once being pushy, and then helped with setting me up on a payment plan that worked for me. All the ladies at the office are also nice, professional, and gentle. And most importantly, I've never felt intimidated going in there... and quite honestly, that's why I'm writing this review now. Dr. Steven Parle has been the total professional. His offices are set up to affect the feeling of comfort when you first walk in. His office staff and technicians are tops. They all know the client comes first. That's how they have always treated me and members of my family. He was so willing to see my wife due to a minor emergency. Dr. Parle is a caring professional. In this day and age, when all professionals are looking for the next patient/client, Dr. Parle is looking out for each and every one as though they are the only patient he has. I will always recommend Dr. Parle to any one in need of orthodontic care. read more

I was sent to Parle Orthodontics by a friend who told me he was very satisfied with the work Dr.Parle had done on him. To me first impressions are lasting impressions, so I was pleased with how I was greeted at the front desk. They really made me feel right at home. Dr.Parle was very sweet and made me feel comfortable. My friend initially referred me because i thought that the orthodontist that I was going to go to was super expensive and trying to sell me all these bells and whistles that I did not need. Sure enough Dr.Parle saved me a lot of money and ended up being the best!! read more

Dr. Parle is literally the best orthodontist and his office is above and beyond any office I've ever been to. They are not only high skilled and create AMAZING smiles (for all of my family). They also are so easy going with appointments and sweet/kind. They truly care about YOU as a person, which is so important. Dr. Parle and his staff rule! Called in after reading the 5-star reviews on Yelp to schedule an appointment for a temporary retainer, and they were able to schedule me that day following a cancellation. They took impressions same-day and had my retainer ready the very next day, which fit perfectly by the way. I am planning to undergo invasalign treatment with this office, will update once treatment is complete. So far, I highly recommend this office! read more

I have been going to Dr.Parle for a couple of years and it is always such a good experience the office is bright and the staff are always talking to you and making you feel important. I had a phase one and also am going on to phase 2 was so happy that my teeth were straight that I can't wait to see the finished product!! Dr Parle takes his time and want things to be perfect!! I've had Metal braces, clear, and invisalign, 3 different times. With the result of NOT happy. Until I met Dr. Steven Parle, He put clear braces on me a few months ago and I have to stay I can already see and feel a HUGE difference. Dr Parle, Cathy at the front desk, and all the nurses are amazing and kind people. Dr parle makes being at the orthodontist very easy with his sense of humor. Very sweet staff, easy appointment making, great price, love Dr. Parle dad his care. Steven is a great orthodontist, this is a great place to go! This place has an amazing interior. It is super nice and cool and air conditioned in the summer and feels amazing.
