The customer service is horrible, expect to stand in line while the long time locals stand at the counter and talk about local gossip. I've had to wait for 3-4 minutes at a time because the lady at the counter is too busy with gossip. In fact every single time I've walked into that store I've been treated with disrespect because they do not recognize my face, then when it's finally time for me to come to the counter, I get a blank stare from the lady, she doesn't say hello, she doesn't say "how can I help you?" She will look at you and wait for YOU the paying customer to tell her what you are looking for. No smile, no greet, just a blank stare.
The final straw for me was when I walked into the store and there was absolutely no one in line, I stood at the counter and waited for the lady to come to the register to ring up my order, she knowingly knew I was waiting for her, because her desk is right behind the register, she sat in her chair and clicked away at he computer while eating food. She ignored my presence. Finally the owner saw me from his back office and wondered why I wasn't being helped after 3 or 4 minutes of me standing at the register, he walked out and had to ask his worker to get up and ring me up, she actually argued with him about her trying to have a break right in front of me, I felt like I was an inconvenience.
I tried to like that place, but time after time I got horrible service.
