I had finished ortho treatment in a different city the year before, and had basically endured almost a year of stress as my previous ortho tried to get my retainer and bite correct. By the time I saw Dr. Pine, I was admittedly a bit exhausted, uncomfortable, and freaked out by dental treatment in general. Dr. Pine and his staff were awesome: they listened to my concerns, followed up with my previous ortho, treated me with respect, and most importantly, the doctor adjusted my removable retainer and got me to a comfortable bite in probably less than 6 weeks. They also fixed my bonded lower retainer which had come loose. I remember everyone I encountered -- from reception to chairside assistants to billing -- being just exceptionally nice. To top it off, it's many years later and I'm in the market for a new retainer since the old one wore out. I e-mailed Dr. Pine from across the country to find out if he had any recommendations, since he's now the only ortho I trust and since I can't exactly fly back to Pennsylvania for appointments. Though he didn't know anyone in my neighborhood personally, he did respond warmly and right away with a couple names he'd gotten from his contacts in the field. True professional, genuine person. Would recommend him to anyone.

Madison, one of SCO's treatment coordinators, and Dr Ray were friendly and thorough in providing information and answering all our questions. Due to some other large expenses in life at that time we had to put this on the backshelf until November 2021 when we were finally able to move forward with a re-evaluation exam. We were able to schedule my braces to go on February 12, 2022 and surgery with Dr Engroff and Tri- County Oral Facial Surgeons on February 24, 2022. Between the November and February appointments, Madison answered all my silly questions as I hadn't really had anyone close to me recently go through braces so there were a lot of them. She answered each one with patience and kindness. February 12th came along and Tina, the Clinical Coordinator, and Dr Ray put on my braces and we were off to the races. I didn't start getting adjustments until mid March as we had to wait for my surgery and some healing from that before we could get started. But once we did, I was averaging coming in every two weeks and every one of SCO's clinical assistants from Keelie to Sammie to Madi to most recently and often Jordin have been an absolute delight to deal with. They have been compassionate and caring in everything they have done. From the front door and being greeted by Dreu to passing Brittany on the way out. Each member of this team cares about each other and their patients. They make you feel like one of the "family". Dr Ray had estimated I'd be in my braces for 14 months. Knowing each situation is unique, one never knows for sure how long you will be with these new friends. For me, this journey is coming to a close two months earlier than planned. My braces are scheduled to come off February 22nd. SCO has been my social outlet over the past year and I will miss these gals more than words can say. My husband Dave and I are very pleased with the results of this past year and would strongly recommend anyone thinking about getting braces to go meet with Madison and Dr Ray to find out your options.

Scheduling is very easy and they are very accommodating even with our busy sports schedule. They encourage your kids to keep great oral health while you are in treatment with an awesome reward program and monthly competitions. Raymond J Voller and his staff "rock the house" ;-)…read more I have been terrified of "the Dentist" ever since I started grade school. It was the sight of that monstrous machinery in the beginning. Dread morphed into fear of the unknown, novocaine overdose, callous attitude, surprise * pain and when will it ever end powerlessness. My modus operandi was -- avoid the dentist no matter what. It just so happened I had surgery to be scheduled -- not until I was cleared by my dentist! I began a search for a dentist's office that had empathy for patients like myself. I finally heard a kind, caring voice on the other end of that line after making several phone calls. Sometimes we have to go with that gut feeling. Everyone worked on my teeth with expertise and vigilance NOT to cause pain. I have never been to a dentist that educated me about taking care of my teeth and the best tools to use. I learned about the right way to floss, mouthwash to use, and I didn't need all my teeth pulled like I was told a week earlier by another dentist. There's a harmony the way the Voller Dentistry office works - it's an uplifting experience going for a visit. Never thought I'd feel so much positive, pain-free energy in a dentist's office!

He helped me discover the underlying reason why my daughter was having extreme teeth sensitivity to the point where drinking water was painful. At that time, she had a Pediatric Dentist and had a treatment done. When they could not figure out why she was having sensitivity, they sent us to her Orthodontist who gave us no answers, then to another dental specialist to have her wisdom teeth extracted at the age of 14. When that did not work, I decided to take her to my dentist, Dr. Voller, which I should have done in the first place! I knew I could trust that he would figure out the underlying problem. He listened to all of my concerns and ended up restoring the work of the previous dentist. He used a camera with a high-powered lens to take pictures of her teeth to show me exactly what was going on inside the molars where the previous dentist had sealed up decay and didn't even realize it! Dr. Voller removed the decay and used techniques such as ozone to kill all the bacteria inside the teeth then sealed it up perfectly! My daughter experienced no pain after that and we were so incredibly grateful to Dr. Voller!!!!! He even called me at home to check on my daughter after each tooth was restored. We gave him a big hug when it was all done because we were so thankful!!!! Fortunately, he found the problem and fixed it because the decay would have led to root canals on both sides of her mouth. I can't say enough about the depth of knowledge that Dr.Voller has and how he loves his job! His dental hygienists are friendly, they always explain everything they are doing, and they seem to love serving their clients. Thank you to the team at Dr. Voller Dentistry!!!!
