Where to begin !! We've been long time residents it's started off bad and is ending the same prior owners had people working here that would come to Your apt while you was gone make food watch your tv go through your things when confronted they said it was inspections and walk throughs they recently sold out to a company called Sunridge management these morons don't know nothing about nothing !! They lost our check then sent a eviction notice once they found the check they apologized ?? This is their normal ! The website doesn't work for shit the manager on duty is always gone or doesn't answer the phones and when you go to the office and she's there she's not really there she's in outer space somewhere it's now going on 5 weeks and I asked this question and still never got a response ( since the buyout are we now allowed to have dish tv ? ) simple question right ? Apparently not these people avoid tenants they no longer answer maintenance calls and that's a whole other story which I'll get into right now we have a leak behind a wall it's rotting the Sheetrock no response ! We have a dishwasher that needs repair no response ! Along with other minor maintenance issues no response !!!! Don't move here don't waste your time run far away !!! They want your money but in return they don't do anything to warrant the kind of rent they are asking !
