This apartment complex is the worst I have ever experienced. The people who work in the office are some of the rudest, most disrespectful people i have seen in public service. There record keeping is horrible. I would mail a check into the business office two weeks before the rent is due and they would not log it in, i would occur late fees and twice i had to go to the bank and get a physical check to avoid a late fee. The office then deposited both checks and overdrew my account. Then said I had NSF charges. They later refunded the fees and charges but haven't removed their mistake from my files. There was a hole in my ceiling from incomplete work from a leak that i had for 3 months. The hole was there for 6 months. I had to threaten to withhold rent to have it repaired. They allowed my car to be illegally towed. They have no control over their tenatants no matter how many noise complaints you make. There was someone living in their car outside my bedroom window. They are the worst place to live. The dumpsters are always overflowing. Cars a often broken into. There only concern is money. Don't do it! read more

This is the possibly the most mismanaged apartment complex IN THE WORLD! I have been here since April 1, 2019. Let me see: 1. My shower doesn't work; it comes on and off and no shower head 2. The power in my room fluctuates; I have called about that several times with no redress 3. Getting packages here is almost impossible. You literaaly have to wait outside. It looks like building management researched all the ways to make tenants life miserable and chose the best one 4. When I go to the business office; I am alway greeted by carefree and unconcerned and unwelcoming staff who make me feel it's a privilege for them to serve me 5. The kitchen; oh my God, the kitchen. They used rusted iron and just painted them white. When you open one draw, another opens Bottom line, it's a nightmare!!!!! If I had a choice, I will be moving out right now! don't move here. It is very nicely situated if you use public transportation, which was an attraction for me, but it is poorly, very poorly managed. read more

She didn't let me in and yet she's telling me I'm suppose to be wearing a mask but she herself was not wearing one. And Pennsylvania law does not require you to wear a mask in public place. Not even in theairport. And I do wear mask all the time. I'm definitely not getting an apartment over there. This is the second time around. "Fool me once, shame on you; fool me twice, shame on me." Good evening, I have being wanting to write a review, but I thought things would change. I will first start from the good part. Before moving into the property, I read some of the reviews. I was disappointed with the many negative reviews. However, I accompany someone to filled out an application, and saw something completely different from what I read. The staffs in the realty office were very personable, cordial, welcoming and helpful. I want to commend them. Especially Janelle. I believe that Janelle should be a staff trainer. On the other hand, the staffs in the business office are rude, unprofessional and nasty. I went to the office to pay my rent. Being a new tenant, I did not know what to expect. I was informed that my rent was $ 800.00 +. I did not understand what that meant because I was told that my rent was $735.00. Yes, I was told by Janelle that I would be paying extra because of utilities, but, I did not expect it to be that much. Anyway, I asked why was my bill so high. Renee was very snobbish and rude, looked at me with disdain or as though she was doing me a favor. When I asked for a print out, she continued to be nasty. I attributed it to her having a bad day. The second time I went to the office to pay my rent, I met another lady. But because she was turned sideways, I did not get her name. She was on the phone and never acknowledge me. I believe her conversation was not job related because from what I was hearing from her end. She stayed on the line until four other people walked in. Even if it was job related, she should have at least acknowledge us and/or apologize after she decided to get off the phone. I went to the office again the other day and ran into Renee again. Renee give me two different figures. One for the rent and one for the utilities. When I asked her to please give me the total, she looked at me as though I was crazy and started to grumbled. Really???? And of course, she was nasty again. I did not want to complain, however, it is because of me and others like me that she is getting paid. Furthermore, it was too early in the morning to have that kind of attitude. Each and everyone of us have our own issues and problems and dealing with life's struggles. Worst apartment I ever lived in. Only moved in cause rent was cheaper than anywhere else at the time. You get what you pay for. Lots of rodents, terrible maintenance and an unprofessional leasing office. I was asked to leave my apartment verbally. They gave me 2 weeks to leave the property because I had dog. Multiple people have dogs in the complex. I asked for legal paperwork and never got it. Instead they gave some typed up letter from the office with a May Hudson name on it. Never heard of her. Asked multiple times for proper eviction notice, never received anything. 2 weeks went by, turned in my keys just like they said. A month later I get a bill from them for $2100. Failure to tell property I was leaving. Called multiple times. Asked to speak to the manager/owner for weeks! No response. Filled multiple complaints. No response. Legal action is the next step. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! read more

They will tow your car if you park somewhere they don't like for 5 minutes. They have a tow company that sits rides around looking for cars to tow quickly but you will step over the same trash for weeks all over the grounds before anyone picks it up. read more

When I say this apartment is literally TRASH, I mean it !!!! Ive been living here for a minute and the business office customer service is the worst. They hiring these ghetto ass females with nasty attitudes. Maintenance is horrible they don't come fix what needs to be done. The entrance to the building floods when it rains. The sewers are backed up so dirty water comes up and makes weird noises and then even floods sometimes. But oh they will contact you when they want the rent money but won't contact you for a follow up or when they need to handle business on their end. They need to renovate everything is outdated. They have cheap wooden doors, cabinets are ugly, carpet is cheap. Mold all in the walls. The rodents ? HORRIBLE !!!! They do have someone come in for them but they only put down traps as if I can't do that myself. They offer free carpet cleaning but you have to live here for 7 years... like that type of stuff is that. Like its no way so many people saying the same thing and nothing has changed. Nobody fired. They only keep up with the outside grounds. But they do not stand on what they offer. Crazy thing is this complex has potential they just need a whole new team that wants to work and to renovate. Its perfect for a first apartment but they need to up their game big time. They only care about the money they don't even deserve a review!!! read more
