I have reached out to Tom on many occasions with absolutely no help with resolving the issue. Tom was very rude and actually hung up on me on the phone stating that he will take no responsibility for our 2020 not being filed until 2022 when I found the error. Due to this error on his side we are now not eligible for the automatic payment that was issued to everyone because our taxes were not filed on time. If I had not looked into why we did not receive the automatic state refund I would never have known our taxes were not filed. Peti Financial appear great until you have an issue!!!!

I was in the office for maybe 45 minutes, the only thing was I didn't have a certain dollar amount and had to get it from the bank, which I called and told em the next day but obviously the time clock did not stop!!
