WARNING: My car was stolen at 1-Parking-storage…read more My BMW X5 was stolen in early September 2024 while it was in the care of 1-Parking in Tariff Zone 3 "guarded in a closed garage." According to 1-Parking, vehicles booked in this tariff are stored in a monitored hall. In reality, this is not true, as the hall is not under video surveillance (as confirmed to me by 1-Parking via email), and there also appears to be no staff member assigned to monitor it. I only learned about the theft on November 3, 2024, when I went to pick up my car at Málaga Airport. When I called 1-Parking to confirm our arrival and that we would be collecting the car in a few minutes, they told me over the phone that they could not find the vehicle and that I would have to file a police report myself. The fact that the car was stolen before September 12 is proven by a speeding camera photo for which I received a payment demand, even though I was not in Spain at the time. In mid-August, I had just renewed the contract, despite having been dissatisfied for some time. To make matters worse, the company has neither paid for the taxi from the airport to my home nor refunded the annual fee of €760 (I no longer have a car to park here--it was stolen!). 1-Parking has not responded to the incident in any way! The management is unreachable, and employees do not respond to numerous emails or even in-person visits! My insurance company has still not received any reply from 1-Parking's insurer. I CAN ONLY VERY STRONGLY WARN AGAINST THIS COMPANY.

i rented a space there on a yearly base for about 5 years, and i recommended this parking to many…read morepeople, as much for parking than for rentals. but today i wanted to rent a car for 2 weeks, and had a very stressed person on the phone who told me she was working on her own this morning and had no time to deal with my request, asking me to call back 1 hour later. tried calling 4 times , she didn't even bother answering the call, then i sent an email which is still unanswered 12 hours later. called again tonight' had a guy on the phone and instead of saying sorry', he told me that indeed there was only 1 person working at the time, and that they indeed have no time to answer the calls. their online booking doesn.t accept bookings for the same day. so don't waste your time with them and start looking straight from the start at what their competitors offer

We parked our motorhome and motorbike with these people promising us 24 hour security, what a joke!…read moreOur motor home was broken into, even after we had reported to them that we had seen campers and cars broken into on a previous stay, they promised that they had improved their security!! Our motorbike was stolen and it's taken us 5 years a court case and determination to get the minimum amount of condensation that nowhere near covered what we had lost! These people lie about their security and the amount of insurance cover they provide for you!! Don't be fooled check your cover and ask to see the cameras working etc. We think it was an inside Job! Be Warned!!
