I received my car severely damaged, company didn' accept any responsibility. the dealer is unable to get the interior back in good condition. Many parts had to be replaced because of humidity during parking. Costs are over 5000.- Euros!!! read more

WARNING: My car was stolen at 1-Parking-storage My BMW X5 was stolen in early September 2024 while it was in the care of 1-Parking in Tariff Zone 3 "guarded in a closed garage." According to 1-Parking, vehicles booked in this tariff are stored in a monitored hall. In reality, this is not true, as the hall is not under video surveillance (as confirmed to me by 1-Parking via email), and there also appears to be no staff member assigned to monitor it. I only learned about the theft on November 3, 2024, when I went to pick up my car at Málaga Airport. When I called 1-Parking to confirm our arrival and that we would be collecting the car in a few minutes, they told me over the phone that they could not find the vehicle and that I would have to file a police report myself. The fact that the car was stolen before September 12 is proven by a speeding camera photo for which I received a payment demand, even though I was not in Spain at the time. In mid-August, I had just renewed the contract, despite having been dissatisfied for some time. To make matters worse, the company has neither paid for the taxi from the airport to my home nor refunded the annual fee of €760 (I no longer have a car to park here--it was stolen!). 1-Parking has not responded to the incident in any way! The management is unreachable, and employees do not respond to numerous emails or even in-person visits! My insurance company has still not received any reply from 1-Parking's insurer. If I could give 0 stars, I would. terrible service. they have taken over an hour to deliver the car each time I have used them. you try calling the office and are put on hold. I had 3 people calling for 30 minutes, and our calls were only answered 2 times: each time a woman pretended to not hear anything and hung up. car is delivered in poor condition incurring fees over thousands of euros to fix. this company should be closed down for running a scam. ------------------------------------- Si pudiera dar 0 estrellas, lo haría. este es un servicio PÉSIMO. I booked my parking in Málaga with them. Two of the main reasons is because they picked up and dropped the car off at the airport and CLEANING WAS INCLUDED. I was really surprised when they delivered the car that they had NOT cleaned the car at all. I have pictures. the delivery guys just wanted me to leave and kept on saying that the cleaning service was a "courtesy" and that if they didn't have time they just don't do it. They insisted that I left several times so I didn't have to pay the parking....How nice of them.... but never apologised or explained why my car had not been cleaned. One of them told me that he was going to tell the person in the office what had happened. I called the office to let them know too. They kept on saying that the cleaning service was a courtesy and he hung the phone up on me. Could not have WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! When you book parking with them it clearly shows Cleaning service is included! It doesn't say it's a courtesy. I felt completely undermined and deceived. Will never book with them again! I have pictures of my car when they dropped it off and of their web page when they give you the prices and all the services they include! read more

My car was parked outside, not in the secure covered area I paid for. I have proof from the car GPS but they claim it has always been parked inside "I don't know what to tell you, man". The car has a few extra dents and scratches. After a long flight, do not expect your car to be delivered quickly or for it to have been washed. The staff can be rude, forget the 'contract' (a grubby piece of paper you sign), and will not try to contact you when something goes wrong. Do not give this company your car or your money. read more

They picked up the car at Malaga airport, it was stationed three days, indoor and outdoor cleaning and they returned it, as requested in the train station in Malaga with incredible punctuality. read more
