Beautiful hotel located in the forest near hot springs, offering a series of therapies and massages. The rooms are large with balconies and they offer a nice bunt cake on arrival. The restaurant and bar are reasonably priced and they offer a good variety of beverages and food. happy hour from 7-8 PM is available with 50% off regular price drinks. Staff is nice, we had an issue with the shower in our room and the hotel manager moved us to another room and sent us a bottle of champagne which was very nice of her. Robes and baskets with towels are offered in the room for the spa and pools. They have tanning beds available as well. It is the biggest hotel in this area and reservations are a must. read more

Rooms are clean but I don't understand how this is a 4 star hotel. The pillows were old, evident by the stuffing that was stuck together in big balls inside. Bathrobes looked like they were from 1950. We were excited for a 5 course dinner at their restaurant but the food was terrible, service was terrible and the fish for the main course wasn't fully cooked. The owner of the establishment offered a different fish after we waited for about an hour. One of the people in our party no longer wanted fish after the long wait but she didn't offer any alternatives to make it right. While the area is braiding I would not recommend this place given that you pay for 4 starts but get 2. read more
