The worker told me that they weren't open yet (even though this business is open 24/7), when I asked her what time they open she shrugged her shoulders and said she "didn't know". This worker was too lazy to put her cigarette out to do her job. When I tried to call the store to complain the phone was off the hook. If I could rate this business 0 stars I would. The floors were clean and the counters were wiped down. The only issue, and loss of one star, was that everything I touched felt sticky. From the creamers to the coffee lord holder. Initially, I went for a half cappuccino, half coffee. The cappuccino machine put out water so I went with the freshly ground hazelnut coffee. The coffee was really good. Gabi, I think that was her name, was very nice and check out was efficient. I went back to my car and needed to wash the windshield. The squeegees were filled with clean water and then I was back on the road quickly. Overall a good visit, barring the need for a deep cleaning.

I had to wait on a ride who was taking longer then normal the 3rd day an I understand you don't want people just lounging in there but I've bought food, drinks , chargers just so my phone doesn't die to wait on my ride. Spending 20-50 dollars in there each day. Her boss needs to reevaluate her position an not pick and choose who can be a "regular". Highly disappointed because the staff was amazing but the Karen manager needs a self reflection of how to handle out of towners an not ask disrespectfully "do you have somewhere to be" which is a rhetorical question cuz obviously I do Karen I'm just waiting but giving you business while I wait.
