This time I didn't have time to go to Ford so drove up the road here thinking "hey it's a quick lube. It is probably way cheaper than Ford." All I got was a basic oil change. No tire rotation. No inspection. No filling of bug wash fluid. Nothing. Literally just a oil change. Wanna guess how much it was? $138.14.... WTF! A basic oil change with nothing else is $50 MORE than a full service and car wash at the dealership. And the guy walked up smiling like he did me a huge favor saying he took off $5 for military.... Stay FAR FAR FAR FAR FAR AWAY from this place and all others if they all have the same prices. I gave 2 stars because the staff was polite and nice to work with. I understand they don't control pricing. If management reads this, staff was awesome! But you need to talk to your higher up because your pricing schedule is trash and gouging the people of Richmond hill that don't know better.... $150 for just a basic oil change. You should be ashamed of yourself.

The owner/manager John literally came to our rescue! Words can not describe the appreciation we feel toward this man! His professionalism, southern hospitality as well as compassion, kind words with some added humor he extended to us, assuring us the problem is not without solution. Reassuring me it could be replaced and his willingness to go above and beyond what a customer would typically encounter, was mind blowing!!! This was nothing less than the BEST experience I have ever encountered. I have worked with many mechanics over the decades. Most are not really concerned about ones situation or the safety and well being of the customer. However, John was compassionate and enabled us to continue on our journey. We were treated like family, I felt like God dropped me on this driveway. Through what felt like a nervous break down, because I did not have many options. I was traveling thru Hinesville, GA and need someone to look at my car - a funny noise, and oil leaking where it shouldn't. I searched the internet and found Craig's shop (Auto-Mobile Service and Repair) with existing good reviews and a BBB rating of A+ ! Very often a business in a small town, especially on a Saturday, close at 12pm. By 9:00am Craig had looked at the car - made a quick assessment, started calling around for the part; by 10:30am I knew how much it would cost, and how long it would take to fix. Maybe he could have taken advantage of my situation, but he certainly didn't! (a woman, an out of 'town-er', and someone needing to get back on the road) - The repair price was more than reasonable and everything was done perfectly. Craig was a man of his word and worked past his normal Saturday hours to help me (a stranger) out. He treated me with dignity and respect - and made the car repair experience a good one. If I lived in the town or that general area - I'd take all my auto work to him. Craig - you are a gem. Sincere appreciation - Thank you, Craig. (Peggy)
