The people here are friendly and helpful. The place is loaded with nice gift items for your sick loved ones or to keep for yourself! Not that chintzy - here take this I thought of you - stuff either, but really nice gift or house decor items. I bet this place is really hopping around the Christmas shopping season. This town would be nice to park and chill in a few days just to get away from it all. When you do - stop by Everett's.

Friendly Staff at the Holt Cat Parts Store in Sonora…read more I recently needed to buy some parts for my Cat 140H motor grader, so I called the Holt Cat Parts Store in Sonora. The staff was very friendly and understanding and they had great knowledge of their product lines.

Grate tour even with small kids. ($9=Adults & Kids Free!) We were able to walk thru the old jail…read morewhich the kids loved. The lady giving the tour was very knowledgeable with lots of cool information about the towns history. The museum was full of old artifacts that were all tied to the town in some way. They had a scavenger hunt in the museum for the kids. The tour lady helped them find the items they were having trouble with and even had very nice prizes for them when they were done. The court house and oak shaded lawns are beautiful with lots of space for the kids to run and get out some energy and picnic. Awesome way to spend a few hours checking out this quaint town while passing thru.
